Spotlight Rutherford

Got great customer service today from Jai. She went out of her way to advise and collect items for me. She was very knowledgable and friendly. I bought blinds / curtains for my ' man shed'.

My wife loved it, if I could make a suggestion I think a bar a TV and a tab machine would make a more pleasant experience for the husbands.

I find that going to spotlight at Rutherford is a complete waste of time these days they never have half of the stuff that's in the catalogues I was after the $29 sheets couldn't find them my husband finally found a staff member to ask and she very rudely said that they didn't get any in, this is not the first time I've had this experience with this store so I'll go home which is a good 11/2 hrs away and try to get them online

I love Spotlight and love visiting this store - there is great parking and a wide range of stock, however they often seem short-staffed and finding help can take a while. Was excited to see a price checker in this store - this can really speed up the trying to find help problem, however it wasn’t working.

Ive been in a few spotlight stores in my time and this is the best one
One spotlight store i went to i asked for safety eyes and was directed to the haberdashery section and told I'll be back to help you. Well I'm still waiting, as i said to my daughter i could have shoplifted the whole shop and no one would have noticed

Easy access and parking right out the front.
All on one level.
Pleanty of staff walking the floor to help.
Many items were discounted and half price.

Low prices. Even lower for VIP members and they either have what you're looking for or can point you to the right place. Click and collect would be good for this store

I can always get what I want for my projects here. One of the best, biggest and tidiest Spotlight stores I've been in (it makes going to other Spotlights difficult because they're never as good haha). It can get quite busy at times in the queue to get fabric cut, or to purchase at the checkout, so plan your trips with time to spare.

Afterpay not available in store, couldn't find a staff memeber to help with my enquiry. I walked out wanting to go to bunnings for my craft needs.

Spend a full day in Maitland looking for candle wicks. Could not find ONE shop who sells it. On my way home I stopped at spotlight/Rutherford and got wicks there. Helpful staff and great service.

Big store with plenty of stock, including party supplies. Easy to get a park close to the door. Staff are friendly, but always very slow, like all other Spotlight stores.

Best spotlight shop I been too. Everything was well layed out, friendly staff, well stocked and layed out. Wish the towels were fluffier tho. Can easily see how you can spend a lot of money in the shop, just walking around gave me the urge to take up some new hobbies.

Great selection of products, I have only been to the store once and left without what I was after, every other time I am satisfied with stock and service from staff.

I want to acknowledge one of the staff members from Rutherford spotlight store on Monday 22/2/2021. Tina helped us at checkout and went beyond to help me with the curtains and how to install the curtainhooks. She was helpful, informative and as I have arthritic hands showed me how to put the hook into the curtain. At all time she was observing the desk to make sure no other customer was inconvenience by her assistance to me.
Thank you Tina and Spotlight you have a very good customer service person.

Love this place has everything you need from linen to craft to party to home decor just love it even better now they have openpay

I go to spotlight because sadly the availability of a seamstresses needs can't be found easily. Spotlight stores are understaffed with staff members being very lack lustre.they wander around and never ask can I help you? I want to be happy there but spotlight is always disappointing

The staff are always helpful and pleasant, even if it's close to closing time. Also the store is well laid out and signage is clear.

Great choices! Customer service at check out was a bit hit and miss as they were more interested in talking to each other. Didn't take my VIP card even though I gave it to her. Didn't notice till I got home.

Stock market levels may be suffering due to covid restrictions but still worth a visit for all things crafty
