This Spotlight has a huge range of products but it ia a little light on certain items. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I think the staff here have mastered the art of the cloak of invisibility. Theyre hard to spot, even harder to track down but once you find them. They seem to know where every little item is hiding! Love the way they never move the sections around, so if u cant find them hiding in the linen craft or house items atleast you know to look at the last place items were stocked & sure enough theyre always organised in the same sections.

LEANNE you absolute angel, thank you so much for helping me this morning! I walked in I heard her voice and sense of humour and was like thats my person haha she found everything I needed and was super efficient! Best experience by far! Thank you for helping me find all the trivia night fun stuff and bed set! Definitely a superstar ️

Bit of a line up that I didn't want to stand in for buying today, just proves how popular this place can be. Bought a cheap light box for taking photos of models. Not bad for the money

Forgot how big spotlight stores are, had some great items with some good discounts for members, its worth signing up.

I collected helium balloons for a birthday party, ordered in advance and ready to be picked up at time specified.

Ok for general itwms, store appears cluttered and messy, staff not knowledgeable on products and reluctant to help

Always slow going through checkouts. I've literally had to call the shop whilst waiting in line to tell them the line is way to long for only 2 people at the checkout. But great and helpful staff

They do not do store orders from one store to the other.
They never answer their phone and when they do are rude and unhelpful

Good products and the sales are good, but an older staff member tried arguing with us on shelf ticket prices. I will come back but I'd like not to repeat that experience.

If there was a chance to give them zero I would do. Very very poor customer service. The staff are very rude
My measurement appointment was cancelled 3 times. Everything is slow to be done there. Called the manager to let him know. My complaint was totally ignored. Even the order I managed to do was done in a wrong color.
Went to NCR curtains and blinds in Bennetts Green to find them heaps better in everything. Better quality and fabrics, more variety and most importantly very friendly and nice staff there.

I think you need to re think your click and collect there shouldn't be a limit all I wanted was 2 containers and it was $15 but nope can't get em as the order wasn't $30 I don't need to spend $30 better yet I shouldn't have to spend $30

I'm not sure if they are moving depts. But this place is a mess. Fabric section has most bolts pulled off the shelf and piled crazy high in carts and bins. Not on sale, just chaos. Tried to call ahead before coming in and got hung up on. Of course couldn't find the fabric I was looking for. Not sure how you could with the place in that kind of mess. Maybe avoid coming in for fabric for a while.

Hardly any stock or staff, overpriced items and cancelled online orders day after purchase. They discriminate who can enter their store. Shop on EBay, its much cheaper and you'll get the item you ordered

Who doesn't love spotlight!? A reasonable sized store with staff happy to help you find the product you are looking for.

Excellent, massive range, so helpful. I needed to make up two bedrooms, i knew nothing, still know nothing, but the lady at spotlight knew everything, now i have bedrooms that actually look like i have taste!

Good parking, including handicapped. No stairs and has curb dips out front. They were checking vaccine passports as they should.

Set up is a bit awkward, especially the trolley system. Good range of home decor, limited range of fabrics.
