Spotlight Penrith

Spotlight Penrith is always worth a visit when looking for homewares.
Great range of cushions, sheets, pillows and quilts. Excellent sales if you get them at the right time.
Generally quite friendly service. Material can be expensive though.

Always a pleasure to walk into Spotlight Penrith. It has everything you need for house & home. I love it, you can see at a glance which isle has what.

Cashier wouldn't exchange 2 x 50c coins for a dollar so that I could grab a trolley to use within their store. Told me to go to another shop.

It is a good spotlight store compared to some. They don't often have the things I need because they have sold out, but I am always greeted by a friendly staff member and guided to what I'm after if its in stock.

The worst customer service in Penrith. You walk around for ages looking for staff and when you find someone they reluctantly answer you with a “yep? ” Then they will just point to the area of the store to go to and continue on with their task. I come here very often and the store is never busy so I don’t see any reason why some decent customer service skills can’t be employed. Awful.

Always busy but there is a smile and or a laugh from 1 of the staff. It's great to c men working there now.

Excellent variety of homewares, decor, party supplies and arts'n'crafts. Could easily spend hours and hundred of dollars in there.

A great place for all things habbadashry and homewares at a range of prices. I always buy clothing dyes there. Staff helpful but are often very busy.

First visit here today since moving here. Love the store, the aircon was a blessing lol
As usual staff are gentle at spotlight, willing to help, I called in and the gentleman that answered gave his name and said to ask for him if I get stuck but everything ran smoothly.
Only thing I wish spotlight had different nation wide, is item locator touchscreens as it gets busy and staff are understandably busy

Like a kid in a lolly shop. I love my regular visits to spotlight. All your sewing needs and great bargains.

Love this store, particularly love the women working in the fabric section of the shop. We always have a chat and they have helped me on many occasions with advise about the fabric. It can get quite busy when sale is on, but it is understandable.

Place to go to get inspired for your creativity. Wide range of art and craft products. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff are helpful, once you can find them, as they are generally overworked, particularly at the fabric and curtain counters.

Always have a good range but you need plenty of time to find what you are looking for, it took me 40 minutes to get someone to give me a price on material, one lady told me she didn't have time & sent me to the next counter.

Always love spotlight and this shop has to be my favorite one of them all. There is so much to look at, so much floor space and they have absolutely everything. The only negative was that I couldn't leave for hours and without buying something first

Staff are super helpful, providing assistance based on first hand experience in arts and crafts which is super helpful to a newbie like me! The staff really know what they are talking about and want to help. Such a wide range of materials to make your DIY dreams come true!
