Great quick click and collect service, but the staff aren’t up on the new $5 voucher offered that is on the website. The staff need to be updated on current offers

I had an amazing experience at Spotlight Penrith recently. I was looking for a specific item, but I had no idea what it was called or where to find it. I showed a vague photo of the item to a staff member, and they went above and beyond to help me find it. They searched the store and found it tucked away in the back corner. I'm so grateful for their help. They saved me about an hour of searching!
I highly recommend Spotlight Penrith to anyone looking for a wide range of craft and sewing supplies, as well as helpful and knowledgeable staff.

A great place to pick up bobs & bits. Plenty of parking Fast service & prices are reasonable.

Georgia B was so helpful today. She had great Knowledge of the products and made an extra effort to make sure I got everything I needed. Spotlight is always decent for what you need however their staff are really lacking in knowledge of their products. I asked for something pretty simple and ended up having to ask 3 people to get an answer. The guy at the counter made up for it by giving great customer service.

Wide range and good customer service, very helpful. However, a bit expensive compared to alternatives. Perhaps - can add a trolley or cart to help with larger orders?

Went there to purchase a couple of bath and toilet mats and saved a bundle, it's simply our go to store for quality homeware products!

Visited this beautiful store today and found printed canvas to make tablecloths. Staff were friendly and the isles were wheelchair accessible. Will definitely be coming back to shop again.

If you're traveling a long way to purchase something that its website says is in stock double check. If you can get on to anybody that is.

Wow what a shop such a wide variety of products. All most everything you will need when moving into a new house.

Wide range of products. However the customer service at the fabric/curtain section could be better for some staff- passive aggressive and seem very put off.they dont seem to want to help at all. Only a couple of workers actually made me feel welcome.

Massive shoutout to Sam, both times ive been to spotlight in penrith he has been super helpful! He was super friendly and really took the time to help me find what i needed and explain how to do things. Its so nice to see someone who enjoys their job and who goes above and beyond for their customers! Sam, you absolutely rock!

Even though they didn't have what I went for, the young man who was helping me was great! He looked the item up on the computer & verified that it had not left the warehouse yet.
The store was clean & well set out.

Spotlight at Penrith are FANTASTIC.the staff are unbelievably helpful. I had a click and collect to pick up, but wanted to change the stock for better quality sheets. Even though the staff we flat out, it being the first day of trading after lockdown, they sorted it out calmly and efficiently. Well done girls.

Not helpful at all when calling for assistance. Had to chase my click and collect order several times ended up getting it 6 days later when they promise a 48hr turn around. Half my order wasn’t even available to pick up even tho at checkout it had said instock. Staff Leanne was very rude and didn’t want to help she found it easier to shove the customer service number down my throat instead.

Actually does sell pillows Donna's and covers plus sheets and pillow cases usually low cost but value

Excellent service and quick and efficient staff. Happy to help me find information on several books and made some great recommendations.
