A good selection across the range and some great specials and markdowns. They regularly have decent % discounts on linen and bedding. The registers area is much better now and there's a large toilet cubicle available too.
Huge store, huge range, reasonable prices but hard to find staff, all but one was dismissive or rude and didn't have much idea about where to find what I was looking for.
The ladies at the customer services and fabric counters are lovely! Store was a bit chilly inside so don’t forget to grab a jumper if you’re in it for the long haul. Good variety, and overall a great spotlight store!
Good store to go in to when you only see one staff member at the cash register you cant find any other staff members to help you

Looking for king size doona comforter sets, unfortunately not a very big range. Staff seem disinterested in helping their customers.

Poor service, staff require basic customer service skills, unfortunately spotlight have eliminated all competition in Coffs Harbour and customers have no choice now.

Excellent place to get all your curtains and blinds as well as an interesting variety of different things. Rebecca is the best when it comes to blinds, curtains and accessories.
Needed help no one come near us for 10mins so we left and went nextdoor to pillow talk where they were lovely and very helpful
The lady who served me was helpful, friendly and humourous.and she found the blender I wanted on special for $30.it's sunbeam brand and works fine.after having just returned a faulty blender to Kmart
