Rude older female with dark hair and a dark attitude compared to the nice young girl that eventually served us when asking the older lady were a certain material was she merely waved her arms in a vague fashion as if to show me where the material was she then warned me not to come too close I was wearing a mask and I was more than two metres away from her, this lady should not be in the service industry.

Generally pretty helpful staff, don't always have a lot of their range in store, but at least you can check availability on the website. Always great sales.

Excellent and affordable flanalette sheet sets available and a great selection of sales throughout the store at this time of the year.

Recently went to Spotlight to return curtains that I purchased online. It was so easy, no fuss.
The young assistant was really helpful and looked for an alternative for me. But the one I needed wasn't available, so she wrote down all the details so I knew exactly what I wanted to as a replacement. Great service.

The staff are always exceptionally helpful with me. Providing accurate advice. If ever I have to return something it's never a problem.

I am no haberdashery aficionado but I know what I like. And I have to say this is the only five star spotlight I've met so far.

Shop there all the time. I am a craft person also a dress maker and artist and find Spotlight has all l need. All their stock is fantastic.

Spotlight is more than fabric and curtains. I was impressed by their homewares, kitchen supplies and especially the huge party / costume section. Have you go back there soon, possibly addicted now

Fantastic variety of fabrics, wools, art supplies sewing machines, bedroom neccessities and great prices with friendly staff as well. I could spend a whole day in there

I came into the store today and Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her patience and the service she gave was outstanding. I was so impressed and left the store feeling happy. She is a true asset to your store. Hope she is appreciated and told how amazing she is.

Good selection of art & crafts but doesn't have auto thread overlocker theyve never heard of them! And not a lot of stock as pt Macquarie does, and not a big selection of colours in bias binding hardly any left, & no bias bind machine tool kit. Have to buy through Amazon! There's NO competition for them they need a BIG shakeup OR a new material shop needs to open

Horrible horrible experience felt like I was interrupting their chat time being a customer. Went to buy some wool which they sent me an email to advertise 30% off. Then didn’t pass on the discount. The reason was they didn’t discount every day prices and if I didn’t like it they would just give me my money back. Even sent an email to them to explain why when I had the email that said it. Well it’s a week and a half later and nothing

OMG, I totally forget how long you can shop/ look in spotlight, everything for the craft, art, sowing expert or just for fun stuff. No matter what, you will find something. It's huge

No staff around to help and almost impossible for a man to find things went home and spent on line for what I wanted

My grandmother, my mum and myself went into Spotlight to have some material cut and Betty (one of the staff members) was very rude. We asked to have material cut and she cut us off saying just wait I’m busy, wouldn’t help us grab the very large role of material to begin with and then stopped serving us and begun serving other customers even though we had patiently waited. I come into Spotlight quite often and have never came across such a rude staff member here.

Great for unique home ware and hobby supplies. The store is neat laid out and clean. The staff are knowledgeable on main topics but some of the more in depth questions are unanswerable. I would recommend this store for anyone who is after mid range homeware at OK prices (even better when on sale) also basic hobby supplies.

The beautiful staff member, Tayla, was lovely. She was so polite and very tall, so tall that she was able to reach items from the top shelf for me. Absolutely darling. Will come back next time. Good work Tayla.
