I was really happy with this company’s ability to solve the problems with my boots. They were able to rejuvenate my much loved RM Williams (which are over 15 years old) to look almost like new again. I was a little sceptical as to how they would go but am overjoyed with the result. I highly recommend Sole Heeled as they are true professionals and very efficient to deal with. The whole process was efficient and simple. Not a cheap solution but certainly less expensive than buying a new pair. I am impressed.

These guys are truly fabulous.l had some RM Williams boots repaired with brand name soles etc. You receive the quote up front, (great prices) and for no extra charge, just take your repairs to the post office where they wrap and box them. They send them off and returned to me in a matter of days. Fantastic! !

Sent a pair of RM Williams Gardener boots that are just over 30 years old for repair and some love and the entire process with SoleHeeled was really slick. As soon as I paid for my quote online I received my barcode and an hour later my boots were on their way to NSW. About 10 days later and they are back - couldn’t be happier.

The process of posting and receiving works really well. I had a non standard fix so had to attach a photo for quoting and that worked well also. The repair looks excellent. If you didn't know the boot had a large tear in the leather you woulndt notice it all. Excellent repair job.
