Repaired the heel and sole of some Dolce @ Gabbana heels beautifully. From the clear and prompt reply laying out of (reasonable) cost and different repair options to easy shipping arrangements and speedy return. Could not be happier with the service.

I was devastated by the prospect of having to replace my 10 year old RMs when a split in the leather appeared. Everyone knows RMs get better with age and I really didn’t want to part ways with them. Having read the reviews, I gave SoleHeeled a go.

I just this moment received the boots back and couldn’t be happier. The split in the leather has been expertly repaired and reinforced on both boots to prevent it opening up again. I also had the heels replaced and the boots detailed and the quality of the workmanship is brilliant.

What I appreciate most is the boots still look and feel like they’ve spent the last decade on my feet - none of the character has been lost.

SoleHeeled were great. I've never used them before but they recently repaired my leather handbag perfectly. Soleheeled were great from start to finish. Gave a clear quote on fixing my husband's brief case, sent good instructions on the mail-in / mail-back process. Good quality experience and while the repairs are expensive the RM Williams boots are worth the investment, and with the quality repairs with genuine components, I will get a lot more use out of them now!

Claim to be a luxury bag repairer however respond to my enquiring saying because of the make of the bag they can’t repair it?

The team were very professional in their suggestions on how best to repair my RM's, the workmanship was amazing and my boots are like brand new!

I had my Barker shoes heals replaced. Work was exceptional quality with the replaced heals being a match for the Barker soles. The process of sending the shoes, the quick turnaround, good communication was excellent. Highly recommended!
