I have had a very cool Navajo Indian belt for 24 years which Ive worn around the world and which had become very sentimental to me.

Sole heeled paid the shipping from Brisbane to Sydney, and back, as well as undertaking the work within 2 weeks.

The quality of the repair which was very jagged and irregular in shape to start with, was craftsman like and very detailed. This needs to be highlighted.

The service I received from SoleHeeled was amazing for this day & age. Efficient, good website for information, quick response with pricing. I had a beautiful leather jacket which is very fragile and had been ripped near the shoulder. I was sent all the mailing requirements so posted it off, was informed that the package had arrived and a few days later I get a message to say my jacket was on its way back.the parcel arrived, the repair was amazingly well done when you consider the size and place of the tear. I highly recommend this team for their quality service.

I would highly recommend SoleHeeled for RM Williams boot repairs, Mark was very responsive and my RM boots were returned reheeled and resoled looking like new. A very efficient service from posting my boots to SoleHeeled in Sydney from Melbourne, I was surprised to receive them back repaired and looking like new within 2 1/2 weeks, and one week was lost due to the busy postal system during the run up to Christmas.
