I was pierced here just today by Marina, whom was very personable and professional, and made me feel safe and looked after. Before, during, and after, I was given clear instructions as to how the piercing process worked, and how to look after my piercing. Marina was quick and efficient, and SkinKandy Blacktown itself is clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new piercing and will return in future if I’m after a new one! A+ 10/10!

Always a good experience here, even when there's issues! I had really bad luck and kept getting faulty jewellery (which isn't the stores fault) and they were so lovely and kept replacing until I got normal ones, I'm probably one of the only people who experienced this, joked with marina about it lol.they even gave me a free piercing for it which is so nice.used it to get a medusa a few days ago, quick, easy and very comfortable process.such a wonderful store:)

Got my septum pierced here today and it was an absolutely wonderful experience, from the moment I was greeted to the moment I left. Marina was beyond fantastic and completely professional. She talked me through each step she would be taking and made me feel extremely relaxed. Highly recommended! Can’t wait to come back again:)

I had a great experience with them, they were the loveliest people and were able to answer my questions with confidence. I just got my navel and ear pierced here yesterday and even though I arrived late to my appointment they still squeezed me in and did a fantastic job. Both the piercings look great and were done very quickly and painlessly, my piercer was very friendly and very helpful with all questions. Although they did not have the widest variety in navel piercings the options they did have were quite cute. I recommended!

I had my 7 month old baby girl ear pierced for the first time. It turned out real well. The ladies did a really good job and kept my baby calm before they pierced her ears.
