I don't normally write reviews but I think this time it's warranted. I came in still deciding whether to get my conch or rook pierced and Marina was so helpful and provided a lot of insight. So I got my conch pierced and while of course I was nervous– Marina was very down to earth and joking around whilst also reassuring me. She was and is very patient when it comes to choosing placement so I felt no pressure to choose what I wanted. If you're going to get your first or whatever number piercing, I highly recommend Marina and this in general this SkinKandy as all staff seems very chill and friendly. I'm definitely going to be coming back soon:)

Customer service was bad! The lady that worked there said I couldn’t pierce my ears cos they had no time and it was only 3.20pm! There was a lady who was getting a piercing done but she refused me. Anyway I eneded up going to hair house warehouse which was definitely a better experience I would not recommend skin candy the lady at the counter was rude

We walked in today without an appt and were lucky to be given a time to come back 1.5 hrs later to get my daughters 3rd lobe piercing done. Simon was really professional and explained all that was needed in regards to the piercing procedure, the earring type, the autoclave. He was very happy to answer my many questions lol. He was very patient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. My daughter opted for the needle piercing procedure and even with a store full of waiting customers, didn't rush her and let her carefully examine the proposed placement. We left very happy. Thank you for such a great service today!

Went into Westpoint to get my eyebrow pierced and had a great experience! I had Simon, he did a phenomenal job! Very professional, quick and painless. Definitely recommend coming here for your next piercing!

Simon and Demi are such awesome people. SkinKandy Blacktown have great prices and are very clean. My partner and I got our nose pierced today. Simon did a great job on my partner and likes how it turned out and Demi being an apprentice also did a great job and I'm very happy how it turned out. I was served by Chris who was kind, knowledgeable and had wonderful service. He made my daughter feel safe and calm during the whole process. She came in to get her ears pierced for the first time (4 years old) and had no issues.

Marina made the whole experience easier, she was calming, funny, professional and exactly who you would want coming at you with a sharp needle if you were thinking about getting piercings done. Can’t wait for my next one! Rest of the staff are lovely too, and so many pretty jewellery to choose from at great prices. Thank you once again!

Simon was the one that pierced my nipple and it was an amazing experience! He was able to ease the tension and made me laugh which helped with lots of nerves.thank you so much simon! The young man that was doing customer service was also very kind and sweet.

I've had six of my seven piercings done by Marina and each one has been an incredible experience. Marina is warm, welcoming, kind, experienced and professional. She is more than willing to go at your pace, no matter how busy, and is very comforting throughout the entire process. Her placements are perfect and she makes the piercing as quick and painless as possible, and is always ready to answer any questions you may have. The store as a whole is a friendly, clean environment with amazing piercongs to choose from. Will definitely be returning to Marina and the store for all future piercings.

Simon was our piercer, we had 3 of us all getting different piercings. Simon was awesome, he made us feel relaxed, was professional and worked efficiently but still managed to have a laugh. We were well informed on after-care. The shop was clean and sterile and had a good range of jewellery.

I have been to my fair share of different piercers, but no one stood out to me like Marina did! She was so kind, gentle, understanding and she just spoke to me like a friend would. I love how professional she is and I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings from her. She did my first surface bar piercing and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out! 10/10 recommend her for any and all piercings!

I had an ear piercing about a month ago and it’s healing well without any irritations. My piercer was Chris, he is professional and friendly. I felt welcome and safe as he explained about the process step by step and also wrote me an aftercare instruction card. Hygienic tools used and I couldn’t feel much pain when it’s pierced. I’d recommend Skinkandy for your piercings.

I think all reviews are fake. I booked an appointment over a week ago for my 5 daughter year old daughter's first ear piercing. Today i went in sharp on time. No one attended us for 5 mins. The girls at the reception were serving few druggies. I sraight away told her that i have 3.30 appointment. She asked me to wait and then came in after 10 minutes saying. She will have to re-book the appointment. I have specially taken time off from work to visit you and you are telling me you can't do it. She gave me a 10 dollars voucher as an apology. I walked in to PRICELINE pharmacy on the same level next to coles. They do the ear percing for kids just for 50 dollars - including everything. Not like these SCAMMMERS and unprofessional people who charge 85 dollars for KIDS piercing. Please don't waste your time visiting them. There is no option for ZERO star so have to give 1.

Hi just had my Helix pierced by Marina a few days ago and it was the best piercing experience I’ve had so far. She was solidly booked the entire night but nothing about the entire process felt rushed at all. I had my septum and nostril pierced elsewhere years ago and when I told her about my experience she had a look and felt around the scar tissue and let me know that they hadn’t pierced in the right place but that she would be happy to re-pierce it for me in the future. I will definitely be back for more.

I got my septum repierced today by Marina, and I had a FANTASTIC experience. She was very apologetic about my husband not being able to come in the room with me, she talked me through everything that was going on (I have autism so this is HUGELY helpful), and I noticed that everything was clean and sterile. I was VERY happy with my experience today. Thanks Marina!

Got a septum done here today about an hour ago. My first piercing ever!

Marina was/is super friendly, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel super comfortable albeit me being super nervous!
Placement is great. Great experience would come back again for Marina!

Highly recommend SkinKandy Westpoint - Blacktown. The staff were professional, friendly and informative with all the questions and concerns I had regarding post care. Took both of my toddlers to get their ears pierced and the staff were absolutely great with children and did an excellent job from start to finish. Although the kids cried a little following the procedure, there was no pain expressed and they had forgotten about it after a few minutes.

First time coming here and definitely not the last. The prices are awesome. Got my eyebrow pierced by Marina she had amazing customer service, very professional and patient with me changing placement a lot. She got the piercing done nice and quick. 10/10!
