Got a piercing today.this place is AMAZBALLS FAITH is such a sweet gentle lovely patient lady. I cannot fault her at all, just brilliant.will always go here now a very pleasant experience 5 stars. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Got both seconds done on my ear lobe today (8/11/23 - 12PM) by Jamaica (really hope I spelt that right!) and she was absolutely brilliant. I have a fear of needles and she was very calming, super understanding and extremely kind! Would 100% 10/10 recommend!

I went to Blacktown skinkandy today hoping to get my right nostril pierced. I walked done the paper work and she asked for ID. I had my ID but only a photo, without even taking a look she said no that won’t work because photos can be edited. She did bother to try to take a look, didn’t bother to look me up on the system because if she would have, she would have saw I have had 5+ piercing done at skinkandy and I was in fact 16 or older to get this piercing. (This is only for Blacktown, I’ve have also been to Penrith and Mr druitt both have been 5 stars in every aspect)

I was extremely happy with my experience at SkinKandy today. I walked in without an appointment, and Lea was quick to acknowledge & serve me. She listened carefully to my enquiries and informed me of the current promos. She was supportive regarding my health conditions and very knowledgeable about all aspects of piercing. I felt heard, understood and respected. Lea clearly takes pride in her work and both my conch and my eyebrow were quick, seamless and virtually painless. Thanks so much and I will be back!

Nicest people ever:) had my septum repierced by ash and she was so skillful it barely hurt!

Always a great experience at this SkinKandy! I’ve had many piercings here and they are always lovely, professional and organised. I had my tongue pierced by Lea today, very informative and helpful with all questions I had. Also very heartwarming to see the inclusivity in and among these stores.

My daughter, under 3, booked an appt in person on a Sunday for ear piercing she really wanted, very excited about it. Needed 2 senior operators to pierce, so next available appointment on Thursday. I get there and NO phone call to tell me that they can't perform ear piercing because the manager changed the shifts obviously without looking at the bookings 1st! She couldn't get it done on the Sunday and now Thursday cancelled without notice even though I confirmed it during the day! UNACCEPTABLE & COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BRINGING THEIR CHILD HERE. My daughter's face was soooooooo heartbreaking. Poor baby was looking forward to it ALL day.shame on them! Wouldn't go back for anything TBF.

All professional, very hygienic and done with a needle

I've gotten Pierced by Megz 3 times and not only were my piercings Pierced perfectly but she is amazing, fabulous customer service, and I'll continue coming back!

Got my tongue done by Frankie, she was legendary and when I asked after if she could help me pick a size for my nose ring she picked the perfect one and even changed it out for me. I got all my previous piercings elsewhere but I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you Frankie!

The attitude of the worker this afternoon was crazy, I filled out the form which was fine, then she notes I was “missing alot of information” and says it with the biggest attitude.

- The information “missing” was my address and I. D.

Reasonings for this:
Address - because it’s not compulsory LOL.
I. D - because she told me to fill the form and once done, we would go through the ID after? LOL.

To note: She was so bothered by the fact that she had to fill out the ID, even after I offered to do it myself due to the fact that she was bothered but suggests “well you’re here now, i guess i can do it”

Also the price - I’m sure it’s only $65 for a navel? I could be wrong but that’s what I’ve paid every other time at skinkandy. (its not my first time, as i explained to the girl, ive had it done 3 times) I was charged $77 which originally, I had thought prices had gone up and I was completely okay with that.

BUT, I got a aftercare spray which was “included in the price” which I personally think is shady because everytime I’ve been pierced by Skin Kandy in Blacktown, the staff ask me after the appointment if I would like to purchase a bottle.

Not really a big deal, just don’t like the way the girl came across, at the end of the day, permission wasn’t asked and you just added the spray bottle onto the cost of my piercing and tried to come across like it’s complimentary.

As I said, not a huge deal, love my piercing just annoyed how she came across.

Beyond impressed with Frankie our piecer. I took my mum in to get her ears redone. Frankie’ was polite, beyond knowledgeable and I will return to get mine done. Highly highly recommend. Very hygienic.

I have had nurmerous piercing conducted at the Blacktown store went into today to replace my Tragus piercing with some new bling and I was told I was not allowed nor the assistant to help me change the piercing as if it was to drop on the floor the whole store will need to be closed for cleaning purposes. Will not be going back

I got my seconds pierced on both ears here 10/09/22. The customer service was great but I don't think my piercer pierced my right ear properly. I did all the aftercare, kept the area clean, and there were no problems after 6 1/2 wks so I took the jewellery out and replaced it with studex earrings from the chemist (safe for sensitive skin). My left ear has never had issues but my right will not stop getting infected no matter what I do. Both ears have the same jewellery, I don't touch my piercing especially with unclean hands, and it has been infected 9 seperate times. I think it's rejecting but I would hate to take it out since it wasn't cheap to have done

Had Such a great Experience here today with the lovely piercer Leila she was so professional and had a great friendly chat even she could tell I was nervous overall was Amzing Service look forward to getting more piercings here in the future) Thanks Skincandy

I got my rook and helix pierced by Leila she did a amazing job and I am really happy with how it turned out

Simon and everyone at skinkandy westpoint were amazing, fast, clean and call me by my preferred name.which is a big deal when feeling alittle anxious.

Marina was amazing! She made the experience comfortable and allowed me to take my time to find the best placing of the piercing. Highly recommend SkinKandy at Blacktown Westpoint and I will be coming again!
