I got two piercings here, one being nostril and the other being septum. Both great experiences! The piercers were considerate, kind and professional, especially the one who did my septum as i did almost faint. She gave me some cordial and let me lay down for as long as i needed. Terrible customer service never answers phone so I went in.

They didn't seem to want my business answer my questions or help me.

Recluntary made a purchase cause I needed a replacement ASAP until my normal piearcer was available.

Definitely get what you pay for when it comes to this industry.
