My 5 year old got her ears pierced at SkinKandy Penrith today and I am beyond grateful for the amazing service they provided by making this experience a fun one for my daughter and for explaining each step. They made her feel safe, in control of this decision and then made her feel on top of this world for being so brave. Great service and care:)

I had a great experience on the 3/1/24 when she did my 2 new ear piercings. She was very friendly and professional. Frankie was brilliant through the whole process.

Ruined the birthday present of my daughter who was booked in for a piercing, but they mixed up the time and sent us away with no piercing.

I went & got my ears pierced in 2 different spots, a few days ago, I had Frankie she was absolutely lovely very professional, explained everything very well including aftercare of my piercings. 100% recommend

I can't rate this high enough for how amazing they were. It was my first ever piercing and Caitlyn was amazing and helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety and made it a fun and comfortable first piercing experience. Thank you Caitlyn. I love my new piercing!

Had the most wonderful experience today with Jess, getting my lobes and helix done was scary. Jess did a lovely job at explaining everything to me step by step and made it painless. I’ll definitely be back to get more piercings in the future.

Moss is awesome! I came in with some piercings that were having trouble healing. Even though the shop was busy they made me feel like I was the only customer as they took the time to answer all my questions and discuss my options. Had to wait a short time which they advised due to other bookings and when I came back at the time they asked the changeover process was smooth and painless. I am very happy with the service I received, my new jewellery and am confident the piercings will heal well now following their advice. Thank you Moss!

I had the lovely Tahlia to do my 3 dermals today, she was great, as theres were my first demals in years she gave me alot of information on how look after them while they heal.thank you so much I love my new piercings definitely recommended and will definitely be going back for mre

On the 29th of April 2023 I had a good experience with Nuwaka who did a good job with navel piercing knew where the area needed further piercing with the skin then having a trainee do mine at Canberra Celeb ink piecing and tattoo studio before coming to skin kandy. I was able to trust the input from Nuwaka with healing process before repiercing it glad it’s look more better and love it highly recommend her

I went here months ago and had my mate getting a piercing by a lovely girl named spirit super sweet and kind. Did a nice clean job. Hence, I'd give her 5 stars. However, when I went back there to try get my self a piercing I had delt with two clowns on the front desk a male and female who were rude as and simply turned me away quickly saying book online. I was trying to ask questions regarding the piercing itself and jewellery and just copped attitude honestly to just make me go away and such a big deal there fully booked, so i gotta book weeks in advance. Ok, sweet, no worries, I got the hint guys. But the customer service and unhelpfulness was a killer. I legit the same day rang around, and wicked ink slotted me in as a last appointment. Bam i got it done, and I had an awesome piercer. It wasn't about the same day that was just a bonus, but attitude and helpfulness make all the difference, hence 3 stars overall and purely over my mates postive experience when we went.

I went last Sunday with my boyfriend to get lobes pierced. Moss was super friendly and lovely, talked us through the caretaking process, and really helped me feel relaxed. I got my conch done ages ago and it was painful, infected and caused heaps of problems before I took it out and let it close after like 6 weeks so I was super nervous going in. So glad I got them done professionally! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them now.

I had my second lobe piercings and helix done this morning and I am so unbelievably happy with how they turned out! Thank you so much to Diya, you're an absolute gem!

Both recent times i have been in here to seek help with piercings I have had issues with, I have been spoken to like I know nothing and feel silly for asking questions. Save yourself the trouble and go to Mt Druitt

Worst place no care for customers, always too booked to serve someone and never having the right tools to help us change a piercing I will never go back and never recommend to any of my friends and family. I suggest you close down.

I just had my tongue pierced and i absolutely cannot fault a single part of the whole experience.i’ve had a few piercings done at SkinKandy and it has now become my go-to piercing shop as they just never miss! All of the piercers i’ve had have been amazing, but i had the absolute best experience with Diya (i believe that was his name) today.he was so lovely and talked me through every step he did.i’m usually unfazed by piercings but for my tongue i was quite nervous. Diya was amazing when it came to making me feel comfortable and let me know what he was doing before doing it.i can’t wait to come back!

I had a helix piercing done back in June and it took forever to heal. Always swollen and red with a hard lump around it. I went back within a week because I was worried about the angle of the piercing. The NSW manager at the time agreed and said the piercing was done incorrectly and wanted me to go back into the store to have it removed. Turns out the NSW manager had resigned and the current store manager couldn't see anything wrong with it. Spent about $100 on the piercing plus a ring for it, only to have it removed by my partner. What a relief it was when the piercing finally came out! My ead still has a small hard lump in it, but I definitely won't be going back to SkinKandy. Such a disappointing experience.
