My experience at skinkandy was so not what I thought it would be like, as in my personal journey I have been wanting my first ever piercing for around 5 to 6 years now. Skin candy made my experiece so enjoyable even though i was so scared and freaked out!

I applaud skinkandy for being so unbelievably nice and gentle with me aswell as hyping me up and making me feel so comfortable that I wasn't scared anymore!

I've done so much research for my firat ear lobe piercing and I've read so many reviews in which would freak me out a little bit more because they wouldn't say what I wanted to hear or know. So since I am now on the other side with my now pieced ears happy as can be! I would like to just say that it didn't hurt one bit and if you're considering getting your ears pierced or anything else in that matter. DO IT!

Went to Skin Kandy in Kotara for my 67yo mother to get her ears pierced, decided to get mine done as well. The girls were so friendly, helpful and professional. Made us feel welcome and at ease. Special thanks to Erin and fellow piercer with the butterfly eyes, can't remember her name (Its an age thing!). We absolutely recommend the Kotara store

Erin (with the beautiful green hair!) Was amazing with my first piercings. She made me feel really comfortable and the piercings are perfect. Would go back for any future piercings in a heartbeat. Thanks SkinKandy Kotara:)

Got my septum pierced today and the staff were instantly welcoming and friendly. The lady who pierced my septum, Keen, was wonderful! Definitely recommend!

Ashley and Keen were amazing to deal with. I had my ear lobes done with a larger guage (14g) and it was perfect, they really took the time to get the position right on the ears and were very professional with all the tools and the insertion of the jewellery.

Booked in to have an industrial done, and they set everything up to have in done the weekend of.the process was easy going and fairly quick (a small wait to get into a room) but staff was extremely friendly. Sent them a message recently regarding an odd piercing and received advice within an hour. Absolutely wonderful business cannot recommend enough

These girls are amazing. Ive had a few piercings from them. They are very professional, make you feel at ease, explain everything, never had any issues. I would highly recommend these ladies for your piercings. Amazing

Not great customer service, waited 5-6 minutes while someone was obviouslygetting A piercing but there wasn't any sign or indication that they were in the room so it was a little awkward
Also the peircings wall is very unorganised

Booked an appointment to get 2nds and Helix done and saw Keen last night. She was an absolute pleasure, I was a bit nervous as it's babies first Helix, but she was wonderful, very easy to have a chat too and made me feel comfortable and calm. She was very thorough in checking the line up and let me play with positioning until I was happy. Quick and confident with actually piercing too, it was so much easier than I initially expected! Gave me all the information on aftercare and even wrote me a super cute lil card!
The other girl who was there (sorry I didn't get your name!) was super helpful in picking out jewelry, bubbly and lovely. All around an absolutely amazing experience, I am so beyond impressed at the level of customer service and professionalism and its tempted me into potentially adding more holes once these babies heal.

Finally got my triple flat done and the piercer was lovely! So friendly and professional and not to mention did an amazing job!

I’ve gotten 4 piercings there in the last month and each time I felt safe and comfortable.

I hate needles but Keen was great at getting me through the piercings and now my nose and ears are all sparkly and gorgeous!

Really professional environment! Would recommend to anyone looking to get piercings!

I had Keen as my piercer and she was absolutely amazing! She talked to me about random things to take my mind of it and was so sweet the whole time. She made sure i was comfortable and if i go back i'd love to have her again. Thank you Keen!

Felt safe and comftable. Clean and steryle premisis. Willing to sit and talk if you become faint after peirceing even alowing time for such things. Lovely staff. And was higly recomended to me by word of mouth too.

Emma recently did my septum piercing. Honestly in love with it and her! She was extremely kind and made me calm, and stress free. If you’re wanting anything pierced she’s your gal! Absolutely FANTASTIC!

All the ladies were super friendly. I was pierced by Keen and although it wasn't my first piercing, she made me feel super comfortable, talked me through everything including after care. Super happy with the result and haven't had any issues.

Taya was the Piercer had great confidence and very professional piercing my nose and she made me very calm talking to me when she piercing my nose I recommend Taya. GREAT JOB

Had my 8yo's ears pierced, they looked after her and made sure she was comfortable the whole way through. We'd go back for sure.
