My piercer was Maddie and she was the best! She made me feel so comfortable getting my septum done, she was very fast and professional while feeling like I was chatting with an old friend, the girls at the counter were awesome too and helped with any information I asked about. Will be back again!

One of the staff members from a recent visit was amazing, lovely, the other was I can only assume as stressed or tired and her patience was very thin and a little rude

I got my 3rds pierced by billie earlier today and she was absolutely wonderful.i was a bit nervous but she managed to calm my nerves and had a really nice chat while waiting after i got the piercing.she pierced them perfectly and i couldn’t recommend getting pierced by her enough!

Just want to thank Annalise for the best piercing experience so far, she was such a vibe and honestly such a great piercer with her knowledge and just being able to relate and calm me down

I got my septum pierced here by Erin, and I just have to how amazing she is at communicating and making you feel comfortable! I have major anxiety and even tho I went into the room alone whilst my friends where in the other room, she made feel so comfortable talking and having a laugh. Such an amazing piercer very gentle and over all just the best piercing experience I have had!

On Tuesday 30/5 after about 20 minuets of thought I decided I wanted to get my navel (belly) pierced so next thing you know I'm in line waiting for my piercing I was greeted with some lovely staff who walked me though the whole forms process. Then I was then taken in to one of the 2 piercing rooms where I was introduced to one amazing members of the team Erin. Erin was so clam and was so polite she talked me through every step. This has been one of the most easy piercings I have ever done and was over and done with super fast.recommend to anyone looking to get their navel pierced to get it done looks super cute and relatively painless and I would definitely say ask for Erin at the Kotara skin kandy store.

I got my septum pierced here on June 5th by Maddie, she was absolutely incredible! As well as just being an amazing person in general she was/is an amazing piercing too! Even though this clinic isn’t the closest one to me, i would most likely go back here and request her for any other piercings i may get! So grateful that i got her as my piercer! <3

I had my seconds pierced by Erin and came back the next week to get a surface piercing! Absolutely awesome experience and I couldn’t fault the staff at all with their work ethic and bubbly atmosphere.
11/10 would recommend!

Erin at Skin Kandy has been nothing short of a dream for all three of my latest piercings. She is kind, approachable, and comforting during the entire process (including aftercare checkups) and she does all this while also consistently displaying her professionalism and knowledge! I would recommend her in a heart beat!
