Best customer service on the planet! I have gotten 7 piercings here and I am booked in for a 8th. Never had a bad experience. All the piercers are very professional, organised, friendly, genuine and honest with what to expect.

Great looking place and lovely staff but for some reason they stabbed me in the face, anyways Sarah did a great job and Erin was very supportive!

I got the left side of my nose done by Maddie at SkinKandy Kotara, she was great! I told her the last experience I had with another piercer and she was so quick to get me through this one, great experience and she made me feel comfortable. Thanks Maddie!

I got in here with very little notice and the staff were so friendly and professional. They did a great job piercing my nose and I'm sure I'll be back soon wanting more piercings!

The Charlestown store are great! From the staff booking the appointment, answering the 1000’s of questions I had and then settling the nerves. Constance who completed the piercing is amazing. She is so knowledgeable, professional and amazing at her skill. Couldn’t fault any aspect of their service and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got my third ear lobes and my left nostril, first time getting needle and my piercer was super great about it, even changed out my helix piercings for me <3

They were absolutely amazing with explaining how they will do the piercings and after I got them done they made sure I had some water to make sure I didn’t faint.

I recently got my nipples pierced by Erin and I was over the moon with the end result. Erin was super lovely and I felt extremely comfortable. Best piercing experience I have ever had by far.

Had my septum pierced by Erin she was wonderful and made me so comfortable as I was very nervous she was so professional and the whole place was extremely sanitary and she changed her gloves very frequently to avoid contamination. I highly would recommend skin kandy Kotara all the staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Erin who did my piercing.
