Sherpa

I am a VERY HAPPY customer of Sherpa. I operate a small business that helps keep people in buildings safe from fire. Recently we needed an important part picked up from one side of Melbourne and then delivered to the other side of Melbourne. This part was critical to the safety of the building occupants over the weekend. Come to the rescue Sherpa! I placed my order online and then about 75 minutes later the part was in my hands! Thank you for a simple and useful interface and a reliable driver. I could see where the part was the whole time, on its journey! This made me feel like I was in control, and I could update my customer in real time. Highly recommended!

Zero stars if this was an option! Terrible terrible service! Ordered for delivery as a birthday surprise to my friend at work, was contacted 2 hrs after order was accepted, money taken only to be told that they are having an issue with the driver. They could not even guarantee if delivery was going to be done on the same day. How is this is even possible? Do you operate your deliveries with just one driver? Thanks for ruining my friend’s birthday surprise. Please stay clear of them.pitty as grumpy donuts makes good donuts.

This is the shake up the courier industry needed. Fast delivery, reasonable prices, on map tracking and an ETA on delivery which seemed to update as the driver moved around. Have used them alot in the last few months and won't look back.

Some of the delivery drivers do not seem to know that they represent the company they are delivering on behalf of as well as Sherpa, and seem happy to get into an argument with you when they arrive an hour before the scheduled delivery and you are not home from work as if it is my fault. I have had to make 7 calls since arriving home to BWS, the driver and Sherpa themselves to fix this. The original driver denied he told the store he would arrange the delivery on time himself, which is what I was advised when I called the store. Bad experience with Sherpa and their client BWS overall, basically because of a driver that does not have any customer service skills. The delivery did arrive in the end 2 hours late, only because of my follow up calls to Sherpa and BWS once I realised the original driver had no intention of doing what he told the BWS store. The new driver that finally delivery my order was apologetic for something that was not his fault and the store had also supplied extra as an apology. It is a pity the first driver was so rude to me on the phone, everyone else has had to apologise for his lack of timing and failure to follow up on "his mistake" as described to me by the BWS store manager.

Very fast delivery! The app is really easy to use and I like the fact that I can choose different options of delivery. The customer service support staff was really helpful when I had some questions too. Really happy with this than traditional post & deliver services. Highly recommended!
