Sherpa Delivery is fastest delivery service in city right now. If any one looking for exceptional service / fast delivery, without hassle should try this once.
Doing great job especially during COVID 19 pandemic time. Since Sherpa delivery is providing all facilities/deliveries and pick-up's, it's making our life very easy and they are also quick in solving any support query.

People working under them are very polite and I appreciate their work during lockdown.

Wish and pray safety and healthy for all the Sherpa heroes who take risk of roaming outside for the rest of us to be safe.

Very much appreciate each and everyone in the team

Such a disgusting service haven't seen anywhere. It's been two months now that I am trying to get my account activated. I uploaded my vehicle insurance 4 times on workpro and still I am getting an email saying upload vehicle insurance. When I email them that I have already uploaded my insurance and please activate my account then they said profile photo is not right, my profile photo was the same since I started my application 2 months ago for sherpa. Were you just sleeping and not checking that something is wrong with my profile photo? Ridiculous

We have been using Sherpa for 14 months now and we have never had a bad experience, The value is amazing and so is the service itself. Fast, reliable and friendly drivers. Sherpa have certainly helped with our courier costs.

I am a driver who has done many a delivery for Sherpa and been praised for my deliveries but their customer support is getting terrible. The worst thing is you cannot speak to anyone in Australia when you have an issue with support. My last problem was having an ATL an item, leaving it in a safe place in the shade however customer denies receiving it. Several times speaking and emailing customer support who dont understand what you are trying to tell them, then finally receiving an email saying the supervisor said i would be charged for the item as my fault. Emailed 3 times asking to speak to management in Australia and support tell me they will forward email on. I queried why i couldnt contact management via email myself however no answer from support. Complied with their request anyway still several weeks havent heard anything from anyone. Other issues i had recently with support are being abused for being mistaken for someone else not going to the job on time, arguing with support over redirection which they claim the price doesnt alter and sending me to a job after the job not being originally picked up then abused by the sender. The service is terrible. They sound grumpy when you call and personally they seem anti driver for some reason. I question being a contractor and how we are unable to contact management here for support or help. After these incidents have gone on hiatus. To me they just dont care about you being a driver and their idea is someone else will replace you and do jobs just as cheap. Loyalty, good service, completion rate etc doesnt seem to mean anything to them. Surely if they cared they would look into matters which i have seen drivers complain about and come up with solutions.

Stay away working for them as a courier unless you like to be bombarded with phone calls from the customer service team while you're in the middle of a delivery. Them pushing you to get a delivery done faster while you're dealing with factors outside of your control (e.g. Congested traffic) doesn't help either

Would not recommend working for them or using their service. This company is a scam. They are rude to their drivers and they don't speak good English, can't understand basic English and lie and make up things which they have no evidence of. Due to their inability to understand English they them make up that you marked a job as delivered and give you a warning despite the fact that you have been telling them and explaining to them for the past hour that i went there, called the customer several times and knocked on the door and the customer did not answer after 15 mins i left, i made it clear to sherpa support I never picked up the job. They then sent me a warning saying I lied and marked the job as delivered when i have Sms proof that i told hwr several times "No one was there I never picked up this order and I sent her photos of proof that i went there".

I will be making a formal complaint about them to Fair Work.

Furthermore, the jobs are far away and highly underpaid.

I had an emergency, and Sarah and Sherpa came to the rescue! Yesterday, I left my driver's license at a boat rental in Balmoral, and tomorrow morning we're flying back to the States. Luckily, Sherpa was open on a Sunday! Their website made it easy, and Sarah helped me move things along quickly. She even offered to keep an eye on my pickup and delivery! The bottom line was I got my license returned to me quickly and at a fair price. Sherpa is the best!

This company is a fraud and corrupt. They dont pay drivers and deduct wages. This has been taken to the fairwork and the company should be closed immediately.

The worst delivery company I've seen in Australia for the last 7 years! Cancelled twice my order from the third company and were late on 5 hours to deliver it, when was booked and paid for certain time.
Unreliable and unprofessional.
I've sent my delivery ID, Sherpa says "we don't refund, contact 3d company". Very unprofessional! Beware and don't use!

An unhappy customer. I booked and paid for express delivery for an urgent delivery but my package did not get collected until 1 hour until due time and courier delivered other packages on the way to me and mine was late.

As s Sherpa driver, I feel sad to see those angry comments and I am truly apology for other irresponsible drivers. Personally, I believe Sherpa has greatest potential development and I am very proud to be a Sherpa driver. I just hoping more local business will join the Sherpa community in the future. Thereby, the driver has more opportunity in the service. Also, I wish Sherpa company would take customers' feedbacks seriously and discover opportunities as for the driver.

Tried to sign up for Sherpa driver. After my docs had been verified, the onboarding call was left which was available only after 1 month and 5 days. So, i tried to talk to them to see if this could be reduced or may have been a glitch in the app or something else.
I rang 30th July 19 (1200), i asked the lady if the interval could be reduced about the wait for a boarding call. She replied me in the most hesitated (just NO!), rude and unprofessional manner.
Lady, kindly drop off all your anger and frustations before you come to work.
Thanks

Have been using this a number of times and out of nowhere they decided to charge my card an unauthorised transaction of $344! Drivers are also extremely lazy. Will not use again.

I've tried Yello, Zoom2U, GoPeople and Star Track and none of them come close to Sherpa. We've been using Sherpa for about 12 months now, and have rarely had a late delivery or any issues. The support team are very helpful, customer tracking means I get less phone calls from customers and the speed of delivery (even on weekends/weeknights) is very impressive. Highly recommend.

Terminate the interview when I request the driver fees etc. Explanations was there was no need and she dont know and doesn't matter. You are about to hire someone would you have all the fees and charges as part of the interview process. Very unprofessional Glad I didn't Signed Up

I booked a delivery and it was confirmed via email, but my money was not taken. I called to confirm that my delivery was 100% confirmed, but the person on the phone had almost no idea how to confirm that for me.

She finally told me that payment is only taken from my account IF a driver accepts the job - so your delivery isn't even guaranteed. I asked if there would be a confirmation message of my delivery being successful.more minutes passed, finally she said "did you know we have an app? " I said "yes, but I'd just like to know if I'll receive confirmation of my item being delivered. " She went silent for a long while and then said ". You will.get an email. "

She was just so unsure of their service, I didn't have any confidence it would actually work, so I cancelled my order. TURNS OUT: if you cancel your order after a driver has accepted it, they charge you $25!

The bad customer service was enough for me to stop the order before it even went ahead. I opted for a traditional courier service.

Poor customer service. Driver picked up wrong package and delivered it (clearly didn't check the details). Then we had to pay for another courier to deliver the correct package as we needed it in a hurry. Difficult to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. Eventually after some instant chat messages, we received an email from a "supervisor" who said we gave them the wrong package even though we were the recipient. This was pointed out to them and we have received no response after numerous follow ups. Very disappointing. Own your mistake.

If you have an urgent package that needs a guaranteed delivery time, look elsewhere. Unfortunately this is the problem with the gig economy, standards are none existent, there is no repercussions when cancelling a job and letting down a customer. A few people really do let the whole system down. I have had 3 really flaky people in a row, bad excuses and cancelled the job after waiting hours for them. I won't be using this service any longer. (I have had successful deliveries in the past)

A note to sherpa - you need to address the issue surrounding job acceptance and what is physically possible for someone to complete. It appears as though a driver can take on multiple jobs at the same time without any calculation of time and distance from any one job. This results in an over excited worker taking on way more than they can handle. Cancels the job, and in turn, destroys the relationship you have with your client.
