Good service. Unfortunately TM were unable to secure a delivery driver within the initial 4-hour window, but in fairness it was a Sunday afternoon. Customer service were very responsive and helpful and rescheduled the delivery for the following morning which was successful, but did offer a full refund if I didn't want to wait. I recommend that customers are patient and understanding with this new delivery service and perhaps allow for a longer delivery time as a result, just until Sherpa becomes a little more mainstream. Recommended. Give them a go.

I was stupid and didn’t check the address for the receiver (2/22 but I only write 2/2) your representative phoned me and we sorted it out. He was so nice about it even though he had to go to another address up the road. I really spit, thank you.

Like most of other people's posts, have found Sherpa to be excellent.
Apart from first day, lol, cpl months ago, when they seemingly had no couriers? Delivery took 3 hrs.
They did apologize, unfort, they did not send promised voucher for next delivery.
That being said, luckily I get same courier almost each time.
He is very friendly and very prompt.
Best delivery service I have used.
