332nd appointment at practice was 3mins late due to parkimg lot being full and had to reschedule after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment the lady at reception was very rude about it all would not recommend this practice
I was 5 minutes late to my appointment due to difficult, personal circumstances. I stood in line for 25 minutes to be told I won't be seen because I was 10 minutes late. It will take another week to book in.after it took a month to book in in the first place. This is ridiculous! Luckily I'm going to Canberra tomorrow morning because I can see a doctor tomorrow. The lady on reception couldn't care less. I won't be returning here.
Found the female doctor to be very brash and even rude. Told I should have booked an in person consult when I wasn’t able too, and have to wait until Monday at the earliest to get seen. Her manner and tone were very abrupt and I will never choose to consult with her again.
Unable to get in contact with this practice. They don't have appointments with our doctor online. I'm so confused I need to get my kids in and can't I'm frustrated. I have called multiple times with no answer on hold for 10 mins + each time no answer and strange hold scripts being played it's been 2 days of trying to call. I'm so disappointed

Only doctors here I trust are Dr Bridge and Dr Stewart. Have had multiple issues with appointments and telehealth. Scripts not being sent to my pharmacy, then being told it will not get there until the next day, waiting over an hour for an appointment, being on hold for 30 mins etc. Plus their online booking system is not the best, very confusing. Best off finding another medical centre if you are looking to bulk bill.
I have always found most of the Reception staff to be kind & very good at their jobs, Phil is 100% worth her weight in gold. I went in recently to see my Dr urgently & when I saw him, I explained my problem to him. He was then rude, dismissing of my mental health issue & said 'You're are being selfish & it's all about me, me, me' while pointing to his head. I'm still upset about this, as he was the one to diagnose me with Major Depression years ago.
I see Dr Pascha for my 'female issues' & she is wonderful. I've seen her when I have been upset also & she is so kind, caring & understanding. I wish she was my fulltime Doctor now but she is probably full with her patients. So one Doctor is the full reason you lost a whole star.
Needing to see a dr relating to my work cover Maury and needing a referral and they refuse to see me. So disappointing treated differently because I have hurt myself at work. What a joke
Trying to book an appointment lately has proven extremely difficult. Long wait times on the phone, in this instance I hung up after 27 minutes on hold. But when you do finally get through, you are put through to the Easy Visit staff who don't even have access to all of the doctors who work at the center, asking you if you are sure they work there and then telling you to call back on the same number later and hope you get put through to reception instead. The Easy Visit online system is not much better as it does not display all of the doctors who work at the center, also making it impossible to book in with your regular doctor. I suggest they review their booking system.
WHAT A MESS! Do not trust your health with this commercially focused practice. Despite having a confirmed booking, their online system is not to be trusted and they have no care or responsibility for its shortcomings or your immediate health concerns even when you present there and wait. They will come out and say you are not a regular enough contributor $? I strongly advise you avoid them at all costs!
Firstly the receptionists kept talking about personal stuff when I walked in rather than tending to me.
The so called doctor I saw didn't introduce himself and sat with his back to me talking to a computer whilst asking me questions. He didn't look at me for more than a second to diagnose a rash I had come about. Proceeded to prescribe me a script which I will not fill as I feel he didn't properly diagnose my rash. Didnt ask my past history or why the rash may be there. Sad that Medicare (our taxes) pay these people's wages when they don't do their job properly.
Excellent and prompt service. Have been seeing Dr Alnouri for a few years and I am very satisfied. Great service, Doctors that are very caring and responsive to my needs and always find an appropriate and fast solution!
Unfortunate that we have to now find a new doctor after Michael Vesey and Ross Cameron moved from Dapto to this practice. Tried to make an appointment to see Dr Cameron in Dr Vesey's absence and had to wait two weeks.
But we still wish them well in their new venture and thank them for their help over what seems like an eternity.
