Sam, Macca and team provided fantastic service, they were extremely diligent in tree pruning some very large trees on our fence line, they focused not only on doing a great job but checked in regularly throughout the works if i was happy, The rest of the team were also amazing in ensuring removal of branches as they came down, were mulched and the property kept clean. Great services deserve recognition. The team of Jamie and Josh delivered the most amazing services in my backyard, deadwooding 8 large gum trees. They arrived at 7am sharp and worked tirelessly till 4pm, two trucks were fully loaded.

Jamie and Josh managed to climb all the way to top of trees (approx. 70m above ground) removing all dead and dangerous branches. I'm truly impressed with their high level of professionalism and strong work ethics demonstrated.

The crew was happy and easy-going despite they performing a difficult and challenging job. I feel much safer now when my little ones running around in the backyard. Thoroughly recommend.

Had intended on using this business to get some trees lopped but they kept cancelling. When we were booked in I got a text to say that the time had moved. No phone call. I chased them one morning to make sure we were still on and the phones were not switched over and I got the owner. Waited for a return call, when the call came thru they said some excuse saying it was not happening today. I told them not to bother. 2 weeks of nothing.

I would not use anyone else! Every person I have dealt with at Shanes Trees is kind, happy and looking to do the best job possible. Josh and his team were amazing! The entire process is easy for the customer, from the first phonecall all the way to payment! Cannot recommend enough.

What an amazing team from start to finish! They removed a couple eucalyptus trees and some palm trees as well as trimming one really big tree. What I thought was a two day job, they smashed out in just under 3 hours. Such a professional team! And left the place clean and tidy.

OMG - what a terrific team. Not only did this A-team provide a quote that is the correct quote and did the most excellent job. (Please dont kid yourself on any cheaper or equivalent quote, they will muck you around and add to the price later on). The guys were on time, friendly, professional, good looking and honest guys. Climbed the approx 10 metre dead palm tree in seconds and what they did next I cannot thank them enough. Scott even checked into the top of the tree and unexpectedly 'brought out the 2 baby cockatoo chicks by gently placing them in a canvas carry bag and brought them down to safety with the other guys. Brian watched over the process and ensured safety. Wires was called to take care of them. BRILLIANT guys, job and honest professionals. I will be using these guys again and again!

We've used Shane's Trees to remove an invasive Liquid Amer as well as trimming and pruning our beautiful Japanese Maple. Their work ethic is excellent and do not muck around. We had a neighbour's tall jacaranda tree growing out of control over our property. Casey the team from Shane's Trees did brilliant job last week.cutting back the excess branches and shaping the tree so it looks great.

They had all the right safety and abseiling gear, shredded the branches and tidied up afterwards.

Nathan came out a week earlier and had the quote sent through the same day, and included photos and all insurance details and other material.

Very reasonable price, and happy to recommend them.
