Shane's Trees - Tree Removal Sutherland Shire - Arborist

Don't normally go out of my way to leave reviews but wanted give kudos to Jamie and his team from Shanes Trees. Tricky job with very large trees and a steep driveway to content with. Well priced, on-time, efficient, very careful with their work, and even cleaned the entire drive + road. Will use again.

These legends turned up after a big storm to remove a branch that had caused a collapse of the roof on my unit block. They knew exactly what they were doing and so professional and friendly team.

Shane's Trees are "THE" most professional and engaging company (that's for anything) we have experienced in our lives. When other companies did not answer my call, or have the time to help, Shane's Trees did, and beyond our expectations.

It was late on a Friday afternoon when we had a catastrophic branch fall from our 35 metre heritage listed Norfolk Island Pine in our courtyard which thankfully missed our son by a matter of 1-2 minutes.

They immediately understood the complexity of the tree and involvement with council, but assured me they would make us and our neighbours safe.

Greg and Scott and the team worked with us and went in to bat for us with our local council to ensure our dangerous situation was made safe. Scott was ALWAYS available to liaise with all parties to achieve the outcome we needed, which took almost a week of battling with various departments at council.

When the decision was made Scott and the team coordinated the logistics of arborists, trucks, chipper, crane, traffic management and emergency power outage within hours and all came together as per schedule early the next morning.

There was a huge team who arrived punctually, worked tirelessly and professionally whilst remaining engaging and respectful towards us and our neighbourhood. Not a curse word was heard on site. The job was completed on time and without incident, and the site and street cleaned back to original condition. It was beyond belief.

We cannot recommend Shane's Trees more highly, and our sincerest thanks are extended to the whole team including Wollongong Cranes and GPK Traffic Management Solutions for a difficult job well done.

Just had a huge gum removed from our property. I found Shanes price very reasonable and the process to book it in was easy. They arrived when they said they would and the guys were great, very professional (nice job Macca) and friendly. The yard was cleaned up and all rubbish removed. Would highly recommend them.

The whole of the dealing we had with Shane's Trees was a positive outcome. From dealing with Tony the person who visited to give the quote to the office staff and mostly the crew who removed a tree and trimmed a couple of natives in an efficient and timely manner. We were extremely happy with the work completed removing a dead tree. The guys were very professional, protected all of my garden ornaments, electric lights and even a small plant I had recently planted. I was extremely impressed by the WHS precautions and continual communication between all crew members. They cleaned up after themselves, would recommend and use Shane’s Trees again.

Shanes Trees were engaged to remove a very large tree (20m Liquide Amber) for my elderly parents.a team of six had arrived on time and completed the removal in a day without any fuss.they were extremely professional and cleaned up after them selves.it was also great to see the senior arborist taking the time to to teach and talk through the process with the younger staff members.

The team are very professional, checking with you every stage of the process. I had already approved a finished job and paid them when I noticed an ambiguity in the quote meant that something had been overlooked. I mentioned it in an email with no expectation that anything would be done, but they rang back immediately and offered to fix it the next day. Can't ask for better service than that.
