I have had a few quotes done already, but Scott came over and was very professional and outlined some information i didn't even know or was presented by other quotes. Scott let me know I needed council approval and went through the documentation from my own council and even identified the tree.

These guys are the real deal and won't put you at risk, well worth it!

A credit to the industry

I used this business last year to do some extensive hedging in our backyard, despite issues with the long winded involved quoting process the guys did a great job. Now I am trying to get the same work done again, you think that would be easy but no! They don't know who I am tell me a time to came do another quote then just change the agreed time.
You need to get your front house in order guys.

Shanes Trees carried out the work we required with a high degree of professionalism and care. They were efficient and quick but most of all, were clean and tidy and very respectful. Their cleanup after the job was also exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Quick response, quote on the spot, job done within a week. Friendly crew worked efficiently and communicated with us throughout. Did a great job of pruning large trees in a considerate way, and left firewood and mulch as requested. All tidied up afterwards. They appreciate a few biscuits ;-)

Amazing service, best I have seen. Needed a neighbours overhanging tree trimmed down. Attached
before and after photos. Photos don't do it justice how much was cut and how high this tree was. Anything overhanging was cut. Great priced, and once I booked, team of 4 came out next day 7am, were done by 8am and cleaned up too. Will definitely recommend! And definitely be using again if I need any similar work done.

Every person I've dealt with at Shane's has been helpful and friendly and the guys who did the tree removal were fabulous - leaving no trace of their work on our lawn, cleaning up the driveway, removing every log/stick/twig etc. Good guys to have a laugh with too!

I was on holiday when Shane’s Trees removed two trees in my front garden.however they came on the day agreed and cleared up afterwards. Very happy to have used their services.

I got excellent advice about how to remove the damaged limb without killing the tree. The limb was in a difficult to access spot but no other limbs or buildings were damaged in its removal. The crew were fabulous to deal with and all the branches and leaves were removed.

The whole team at Shane's Trees did an excellent job at removing my pencil pine trees. On time, fairly priced and very professional from quoting process to the actual job, even persevering on in the 10 minute freak rain! I have some small plants around the trees that are not removable and the boys managed to take care and not damage them. If you're looking to pay them in cash after the job though, make sure you request in advance for them to carry a receipt. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in future!
