Melinda and her team sold our unit a few months ago. It was a very positive experience. Melinda knows the market so well and it's safe to say that she's the best agent in the area. During the photo session she was very hands on and she ensured every open house was a success. We listened to all her advise and she was able to sell our unit in record time and at a very good price. Her enthusiasm and knowledge gave us a lot of confidence and lessened the anxiety associated with what is usually a very stressful selling process. Couldn't be happier with Melinda and her team. In May, I sold my apartment with Melinda and the team. I don't know about everybody else, but I doubted myself and wondered if I could have waited for a better price. So I continued to monitor similar apartments in the area for months afterwards. I have not yet found any equivalent apartment even close to the price I sold mine for. I'm so thankful and fortunate to have found the Seeto agency.

Melinda is always on call - whenever I had a question or needed guidance, I would be able to reach her within minutes. She is terrific to deal with and so responsive.

From the signing of the agency contract to the first inspection, the process was seamless and professional:
First, I had the renovations done by Jimmy (Seeto agency's recommended tradesman) to spruce up the place. Jimmy arrived with an eye for detail and expertise - he only recommended and completed what he deemed added value to the apartment. The work was finished at such a high quality that I regretted not doing it for myself earlier The price for the renovations were extremely fair also (I called around and did my research).
After that was done, the stylist team of David and Amanda came in and made the apartment look professional and inviting. David's transformation of the balcony especially was a highlight for me - he made it such a comfortable and beautiful place.
At the first (and last) inspection, the apartment had so many people come through it was mind boggling. Continuous streams of people coming up the lifts. There were so many people that I agreed to sign the contract for sale that night. Melinda and Pat managed to create such a competitive environment for the apartment that we received an excellent price.
Following the sale, I had to liaise with the agency office especially Chris who is both kind and patient to deal with.

Well, what more can I say. As this being the largest financial transaction I have made so far, I feel so lucky to have found the Seeto agency. So happy. No regrets.

I didn't like the staff behavior during an open house i attended yesterday. They didn't even ask for my details and were busy talking to each other. I had to leave as I didn't appreciate the poor service.

They change open houses and times without notifying those who registered. If you don't respect people before commitments then definitely a failure. Numbers never answer either.

My partner recently vacated the apartment she leased through Seeto and from reading the other reviews, all i can see is that they manage somehow to always keep the bond, even if you leave the place spotless. I would NOT recommend anyone to lease from these guys, not genuine.

Melinda is the most professional, honest & friendly agent I’ve dealt with. This is coming from a person who’s been an investor since 1994. The advertising campaign was second to none: Social media, staging, brochures, pictures, etc. Melinda was able to achieve a very good result which was above my price expectation.

Melinda certainly lives up to her name as the #1 agent in the area! From the moment she was approached by us, she’s shown nothing but professionalism and enthusiasm. I have very bad experience in this real estate. They put me unnecessary charges when i vacated the unit. The staff did'nt know anything. I cleaned the property by gave it to professional and moved to overseas. They put me unnecessary charges saying this is not working that is not clean. When they gave the unit to me it was dirty and not cleaned at all. I complain so many times but they didnt respond at all. The staff keep on changing. The new staff didnt have any idea of what is happening. They know that i moved to overseas thats why they charged me like anything. My sincere advise is do not go to this real estate agent. It was happened to me in Marlborough rd, Homebush West property.

This company is the worst real estate company. We leased out our property without garage. They told us they have signed with tenant but in reality there is no terms at all mentioned in the contract.despite the fact we told them numerous time garage is not included they recommend us temporarily write in contract and rebate tenant the difference which they never did. Tenant also complained they could never find this agent when they needed. Your won't know any issue until it was too late. However they are really good at one thing which is denying their responsibility. I am sure i am not the only one having this issue. Please make sure your voice is heard here.

Melinda has a wealth of experience in the property market. She was open and honest and also very understanding throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Melinda and David as a real estate agent to others.

Melinda is the best agent for Homebush West, her market experience and knowledge of the area is unbelievable. Her tips for selling property help me to sell my unit in first open home also saved me $6-7K on rent before settlement. There are no words to describe level of service we have received from Melinda, David and Seeto Team.
