We bought a unit in Homebush West around 3 months ago. Smooth transaction, Melinda was great, very direct (I appreciated that when it comes to buying and selling property) and Neville went above and beyond for us. 5 stars will be using them in the future when it is time to sell the unit.

First of all I want to give Melinda and her team a huge thank you for everything they helped me with and for all their hard work! I feel like 5 stars isn't enough!

I had my unit listed with another "well known" real estate agency in the area for 8 months with no outcome. They never bothered to communicate with me after a certain point and decided to stop all inspections and just let potential buyers enquire first which as you can imagine went no where.

After feeling defeated, I spoke with Melinda, which so happens their team were already managing the rental side of things for this unit. What the other agency failed to do in 8 months, Melinda and her team achieved in one week and off market! Not only was there a huge difference with the time needed for the property to sell, it sold for a more than what the other real estate agency negotiated with their potential buyers. Melinda also saved me extra costs such as re advertising/marketing which I spent a considerable amount with the other failure of an agency.

Melinda always kept me in the loop and even though there could have been a bit of a hiccup, Melinda solved the issue straight away. Melinda is very hard working, replying to messages at all times of the day/night and I wish her business nothing but great success.

My only regret is not going straight to Melinda when I wanted to sell the property initially as she was dealing with the rental side of it anyway.
