Very poor experience. Not a single offer received for our property at 8/22 Hornsey Road Homebush West (Ad still up on realestate.com as at the time of writing) and significant renovation costs incurred as a result of Melinda's advice to install a suspended ceiling. She has avoided committing to returning the keys or removing the styling furniture although the agency agreement has been terminated. I would recommend that you get everything in writing from her and get a second opinion before incurring any costs based on her advice. Intend to refer her conduct to Fair Trading and in need, to approach the NCAT.

I approached Melinda in the month of January 2022 and indicated that I wanted to sell my property. Without wasting anytime she provided the possible value of my apartment and I was stunned. She has valuation in her fingertips and just by the Apartment number she knew the floor plan right out of her memory. My expectations were way low about the possible sale value as I was just comparing mine against the previous 2 Bed 2 Bath sales history but Melinda said my apartment's floor plan was very good including the aspects and the position of it and hence a much better sale price to be expected. Though I was very impressed by her confidence but as always as my personality goes, I was still slightly skeptical if it was possible to achieve such a high sale price.

After her valuation of my property I immediately knew she is very trustworthy and from then on I just followed whatever she advised me to do as options and must haves etc and she got me the best outcome even more than the initially suggested sale price by Melinda.

She has that natural knack of the current market and how it will be in the coming months and as well understands the floor plans/layout of the house/apartment you wish to sell to determine and deliver the best results.

Very poor service. They might be good for the owners but for a tenant they are very slow to respond to problems and NOTHING ever gets fixed.

We always thought selling a house would be a cumbersome process. In the past we had a bad experience with one RE agent that made us become more selective in choosing our RE agent now.
With Melinda, the experience was no pain, less stress, very easy and was well guided with fat $$$ with lots extra. It was a very short process and to be honest we were thinking probably we going to get buyer that would suit our price in 1-2 months but she has done it within 10-12 hours after the 1st open day.

If i have negative points, I would give them! Believe me! This is a such terrible agent. Tenant almost destroyed my home but this "lovely" agent seems never checked. They only like to take your management fee and leave you alone. If you would like such "nice agent" please sign with them.

After having appointed seeto as real estate agent to sell my 2 properties, the greatest experience I gained is if you want to get the best value of your sale property, just listen to and trust Melinda 100%, of course she is not the cheapest agent (not too expensive tho) but every fee you pay you will see you will be well paid back: they are very experienced in adding value to your property and they will not sell your property under its value even the offer you’ve been given that you thought you are happy to sell as a owner, she then gave me advice to wait for 2 more weeks which I end up having a much higher offer that well above my expectation, can not thank you enough to Melinda and her team! They are genuine people and they treat you as friends rather than customers, especially Melinda she is very honest and very experienced in the market trending in terms of how much your property would worth, she will not bluff the price only to lock you into the contract as purpose like other agent does then you will see how much effort she would put to stick with the commitment she had made to you.
