This was of my favourite opshops because there’s such a wide range of clothing/homewares. The past few times I’ve been back everything seems to be so overpriced now, especially the furniture.at the end of the day it’s an opshop not an antique store. Overall the staff are friendly and the store is clean but definitely don’t want to go back as much anymore.

Pretty big store, but I have the sneaking suspicion that they have all the dealers pick through the clothes first.

I agree - prices seem to have gone up since renovations. Some prices very high compared with op shops out west. I am guessing because of its location. And remember everything there is donated
(with the exception of new products)
Does not bother me if staff are friendly or not.

Sydney's Biggest Salvos! Great range of furniture, clothing, homewards etc. The front area of the store has had a facelift and is looking fantastic with attractive merchandising! This store gets some great quality donations. Definitely worth a visit to support this Australian Charity

Prices are at time steep or way overpriced. Supposedly a charity with stock donated but prices exuberant! High end section stocking high end brands not for the faint hearted. A thrift "charity" shop which stocks a variety from Bric-a-brac, Clothing, Furniture, Books etc. Staff need to be educated in terms of customer service, learn to smile it's free! Limited parking on site.

An ok salvos but not worth going back for.
And as for delivery I would NEVER use the shady character they have working for them. Wanting to charge for his return back after delivery (I don’t think so mate!). Hot tip airtasker it and give the money to someone else more deserving.

Very poor standard of service and everything is overpriced. I'm wondering if the 5 star reviews are from paid people (sarcasm), because I just can't believe it.

Found exactly the items of furniture I wanted; but could not proceed as they will only guarantee delivery on a particular day. I would have had to take a whole day off work waiting for a phonecall to place my order. Pretty hopeless as I only live 5km from the store. How hard can it be to agree a delivery time one day out?

Great selection of items (I only visited the clothes and books sections, they were very well stocked). Amazing prices too. Great bargains!

I was really disappointed when I visited this salvos. I thought they would have a lot of furniture but the shop was mostly clothes and housing Nik naks. The furniture they need have was mostly pretty rubbish and it was poorly laid out. I have been to other second hand stores which are better than this one. The volunteers/staff all seemed really unhappy/stressed which gave the place a bad atmosphere right from the get go. The parking lot was also a bit of a nightmare and for some reason they have fenced the whole area off with a barbed wire fence so you can't walk over from the Ikea parking lot. This adds to the hostile atmosphere of the place.

You never know what you are going to find it's about finding pre- loved items that you can use and then recycle them again! And give to an organization that helps the down trodden in society!
