I had a message today at the Ryde Natural Health Clinic after recently moving to the area.
I had therapist Leah who has the hands of a goddess.
I have been experiencing Hip pain so needed to get this seen to.
Great technique, and explained as to why this was happening, and also shared next steps.
Overall great experience, I will be back to this professional clinic.
Next time hopefully for relaxation.

All the staff here and wonderful, and the longer opening hours make it so easy to get appointments around work hours. I've been getting physio here and I feel like I am making so much more progress than I have been in the last 12 months. Highly recommended.

This is my go-to clinic for great practioners. They’re very good at what they do and the admin runs really smoothly.

Highly recommended. Very convenient to set up an appointment and they send reminders via SMS so you won't forget. I've been doing treatment with them since August last year and so far so good. In addition, they explain how the treatment will affect your body in a very nuanced way.

I regularly see Kris (Osteo) and Tom (Massage) both are very skilled and provide excellent service. I always feel much more relaxed and relieved after my visit to Ryde Natural Health Clinic. All the staff are lovely, in particular the reception staff, who make you feel instantly welcome. A wonderful health service, with a range of practitioners that will suit your needs. The osteopathy service in this clinic have rescue me for more than 10 times from excruciating neck, knee, ankle, shoulder, back, lower back, wrist, and imbalanced hip, my quality of life would be substantially reduced without Kris and Kuan of the world.

My go-to for sports massage. Have struggled to find anywhere with a team capable of the right kind of massage for someone doing lots of training and sports, but these guys hit the mark!

A very relaxed atmosphere with very skilled professionals who aim at helping you achieve that healthy body you always wanted!

For my bad shoulder, i wanted to give alternative medicine/Osteo a go to see how it went and it has worked out better than i imagined. Now i have shoulder flexibility that i havent had in ages.

Kris Sandford is a great osteopath and very personable. I've been here on an off for 3 years and leave with my ailments fixed and a plan on how to get better.

Yonit has been a wonderful introduction into the world of Pilates, convenient location, class times to suit everyone. Operates 7 days which is a real bonus!
