Where to begin. The customer service for starters is incredible. The warm feeling when you walk in is so welcoming and calming. There is soft, gentle music playing and the option of many Lollies and Chocolates throughout the Practice. There is a lovely water machine with different options of water. We came here specifically for a Chiropractic appointment and a Massage, 2 of the best investments for your health and body. The professionals here are so good and they find a way to fix all of your problems, whilst being kind and having a great conversation with you. Dr Joe is my families Chiropractor and has been looking after my family and I for many years. She found a way to cure my intense foot pain and steered me on the right track to getting better. I am most thankful to her because she was able to give me the advice to fix my issues allowing me to continue playing the large amount if sports i do. We also had a Massage from Leah. She did the best job on my upper back, neck, shoulders, feet and legs. From the second you walk into her Massage room, I felt comforted. You are greeted by a warm candle lit room. There is great music in the background and one of the most comfortable massage beds I have ever been on. She was so lovely and super nice to me and made me feel great, and I was in the best mood afterwards. She did an amazing job on my body and helped immensely. To say the least, this practice here offers so many great options to help your health and body and I would highly recommend coming here for any body related issues.

Always worth my 7 hour trip to Dr Jo for regular tuneups on this 77 year old body while in Sydney from Merimbula visiting family. She treats other members of my family also and is always caring and super friendly.

I came in over 6 months ago to see Ashley after shoulder cuff surgery and even more recently I re injured myself tearing ligaments in my ankle. I must say my weekly visit to The Ryde Natural Health Clinic has been an essential part of my recovery! The level of care and time they put into ensuring my injures were rehabbed back to normal was outstanding. A big shout out to Ashley who is an excellent physio! She maximised my growth each session in recovery both mentally and physically. I always leave my session with my smile and motivated to rehab more and more. The team at Ryde Natural Health Clinic are extremely friendly and Dr Kristopher Sanford is one of the best Osteopath’s I have had. Highly recommend coming to see them if you are having back pain or issues.

I recently met an u jury while playing sports. As it was a Sunday almost all clinics in neighbourhood were closed.
Ryde Natural Health Clinic was open on Sundays and listening to my issue they were very accommodating. Dr. David is very knowledgeable and a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and started remedial work. I recovered within 24 hours.

I have been seeing physiotherapist Scott for low back pain treatment. He is excellent. Not only he fixed my back, he recommended me to join his Pilates class to learn effective exercise and stretch technics so I won't get any more back pains. And I haven't got it for over year thanks to him. All receptionists are friendly and booking is so easy to make via website. Highly recommended.

My first time seeing an Osteopath - Evan was fantastic - completely reassuring - explained everything in simple terms, identified problem immediately. I had a fabulous remedial massage with Leah. She was professional and helpful in addressing issues with my back. As a busy mum, it's hard to take time out for myself but amazingly I woke up the next day for the first time in months without a sore back! I can't wait for my next appointment. Amazing place, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Chiro, Physio, massage and Pilates are the services I regularly use. The operation hours are soo handy for any busy lifestyle which makes it sooo convenient.

Visiting Dr Evan Marnezos for treatment of back pain. Always does a great job, very thorough. Would recommend for a nice strong massage and good adjustment. Also this place is easy to get to, can always get a park out the front and appointments always run on time

Had a nice massage with Ben at RNHC. He applied a good amount of pressure to break the knots in my shoulders. I really enjoyed the deep tissue massage by him which helped me sleep a lot better and feel better as well the next day.
