The physios and massage staff are amazing. My family and I have been here for a range of injuries and for general health management. The team are friendly, professional and appointment times are convenient.

After suffering from eighteen months of neck and shoulder pain and seeing various physios and chiropractors around Sydney without much improvement, I had started to loose hope that I would ever feel pain free and myself again. Then, I started my rehab with Ryde Natural Health Clinic and my situation has improved dramatically. In the past 6 weeks at Ryde Natural Health, I have used a combination of massage therapy (Jacky), acupuncture (Hank) and physiotherapy (Dominic) to treat my condition. The practitioners have provided exceptional service and have individually taken the time to really listen to and understand my situation. What I love above this clinic is their incredible commitment to providing the most holistic level of care possible, with the practitioners’ willingness and ego-free ability to consult amongst each other in order to provide the best outcome possible for their client. I’ve been to RNHC for two different running related injuries over the last couple of years. Alex & Ash were really helpful in diagnosing and treating my injuries as well as giving me strategies and exercises to help recover and prevent further injuries. I would highly recommend them both.

The staff are amazing! They are extremely friendly and helpful. Marina, the nutritionist / naturopath is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her. They also sell archies. Most comfortable thongs ever!

Physio with Sam is the best physio experience I’ve had. Listens, gets to the cause and fixes it. Having physio led Pilates at the clinic and the flexible opening hours are great.

Cannot fault the service from Ryde Natural Health Clinic - so happy we were able to see physio Sam Barnes. Sam helped my son feel very much at ease, laughing, joking, having fun but most importantly listening to our concerns, providing massage, care and exercises to complete both in the clinic and at home.

Always happy with Anna Kaminski's remedial massage and very assuring to see the clinic has adopted changes in these unusual times to assure client's well being. Noted use of disposable water cups, limiting numbers in waiting room, and having gaps between appointments to sanitize rooms.

My body has been broken since puberty but since going to acupuncture with Julia, I now know what it’s like to move without those pesky pinched nerves and tight shoulders. The woman has a magic touch! All I can say is don’t think, just book!

Got acupuncture done first time by Anthony Keating, great experience, very knowledgeable would definitely recommend for anyone that hasn't tried it give it a go.
