Out of the 3 Rental Property Agents I invited last month I selected R&W Hurlstone Park as they were not only efficient, they were punctual, they cared and did what they say they will do about managing my family property. They understood my needs and wants, they were not pushy they actually took a big load off my shoulder explaining to me what they would do from advertising up to the point they find a suitable tenant for our property. I felt they were honest and sincere and that meant a lot to me. Unreasonable charges of almost $700 for studio unit cleaning fees. No contact made to give a chance to rectify nor invoice and just deducted from the bond straight away. Rude staff.

I've been renting as a tenant via R&W Hurlstone Park for over 7 years. Responsiveness to urgent repairs has been fine, but anything else has taken over 6 months to be resolved. Some of these delays have been due to the landlord, but on many occasions I've had to follow up email requests to R&W and Maria over many months for any action to be taken. A request for window cleaning at the property noted in the lease as the landlords responsibility has now been outstanding for over 8 months. Last year I lived with a large hole in my bathroom wall for 7 months while repairs remained half finished. Tenants deserve far better service than this.

I have only had great experiences with this R&W! They are always very quick with responses to any questions or issues, and such a nice team of people. Shout out to our property manager Julie for being so on top of everything. Thanks Julie and R&W team for being so easy to work with!

They will charge you with Dishonour fee from time to time because their system fail to charge you with rent. I always set alarm to make sure I have sufficient fee in my account for rent. But their system always failed and blamed me with it. They also barely reply your email after you signed the contract.

Like a lot of people, I’ve been affected quite deeply by the pandemic. On top of it I’ve had an awful motor accident rendering me unable to continue work. My property manager Emma S has been more than helpful, she has gone beyond the call of duty to assist my situation. Emma S has given me advice as well as a plan that has helped me exponentially.

Just want to compliment Emma Smit. These are stressful times during Covid and she has been very calm and helpful in some negotiations with our landlord (we are friends) when he suggested notifying the real estate agency to talk through some things. My feeing is she'll go far in her industry and develop a loyal client following.
