Ordered on-line a minute pass 2pm which is cut-off for next day delivery, rang Roof Rack Store to request next day delivery and store agreed. Delivered early next morning.very impressive. Apart from a very good price for Thule VeloCompact 927, Store staff were very helpful to explain the need to install Thule-supplied Tow Ball and wiring of blinkers of the 927. Straight questions, straight correct replies. Felt very good dealing with them. Highly recommended.
