My girlfriend and i were about to leave Sydney for our next trip and suddenly the King’s awning connected to our roof rail broke down. We have already had troubles with the other awning but we trust King’s employees that said that we could mount them on our car’s roof rails. They were wrong and the incompetence of them almost cost us an accident.
In the unlucky time we were lucky to find these amazing people. Not only they saved our trip installing some roof racks on our car (perfect for our awning) but also they made us save lots of money finding second hand roof racks in perfect conditions. We haven’t had any problems for all these months.

I ordered two roof rails online, but selected in store installation, as I wasn’t confident the rails were even compatible with by roof cross bars. When I arrived, the rails had been set aside for me, and in no time Lee and his colleague got to work installing the rails, and the job was complete in just over 30 minutes. A great experience all round! Thank you guys!

Exceptional! Made a phone enquiry on the 13th about compatibility. I emailed thru photos as requested a few hours later when able and recieved a prompt reply. I ordered my product online on the 14th and received the item in Queensland on the 17th.

Great range of products and helpful staff. I went in for some roof racks and they talked me through the options and showed me what the mounting options looked like on the car. Very happy with the Thule system they recommended. Even managed to set it up so the sunroof still works.

Happy with quality of the Yakima products. In all fairness, I would have posted a higher review score had I not been supplied with the incorrect fitting kit for my vehicle, necessitating two round trips to the store and wasted hours on a valuable leave day. Mistakes happen, and Leigh did what he could near closing time to assist in rectifying others mistakes.

If I could give them more stars I would =) I am from Canada. I have a JDM toyota alphard. Cannot find anything locally and I emailed them on a Sunday. They replied my email soo fast about a question I had and I purchased it. Shipping was sooo fast. My rack came in 3 days!
