Steve and the whole team at VW Rockdale have been nothing but kind, accommodating, honest and helpful. Everything you need when making a big purchase.
Very professional people who I’d recommend to anyone buying a car! They really went above and beyond for us!

This dealership offers the most disorganised and worst possible service. I regret every having anything to do with them.
I traded a car that they didn't transfer the registration on and despite filing a disposal, 2 months later I am now regularly getting fines in the mail. They will not respond or reply.
My advice, go anywhere you can other than this place.

Sales Consultant has been very polite from day one I have asked him about VW T-Roc and T-Cross whatever price he had quoted me and in the last I got the best deal on VW T-Roc. Thanks very much to you and your team including Nick and Kishen for your excellent service we greatly appreciate it.

They are all the same paid 60k cash car wasn't registered had to pay for a permit! Drove 1000klms home needed wheel alignment and balance. Was Promised That I would be reimbursed no such luck. Also be warned, the service they say they do is just oil and filter, not a required service being a performance car it was due for a major service $2400 if I didn't get it done it would void the warranty and cause irreparable damage. THEY JUST MOVE METAL that's it.
I did the appropriate steps and called and emailed with NO response regarding the repairs.
Photos show how serviced the car was very disappointed the owner will now write some stupid response and baffle you with BS.
Fair trading are toothless tiger's they are no help. I also asked for clarification of why the bonnet was removed and it feel on def ears. Second hand cars are just that second hand don't trust dealers nothing has changed in my 60 years on this earth.

Not even to offer or uphold a verbal contract?
Should be ashamed of yourself.

Air filter clogged
Cabin filter clogged 5 kg of stones in chassis 100 point inspection very thorough!

Naomi was awesome to deal with - quick, efficient and transparent. Much better experience than other VW service dealers we have delt with.

Sales person was so rude and arrogant, I would have bought the car but it was his attitude that turned me off. Lied and was so disinterested in selling me the car that I walked away.

Just left Rockdale Volkswagen. I phoned earlier in the week to book an appointment to see someone about buying back our Ute. I got booked in for 12pm Saturday and gave the rego plate so they could look up necessary information before we came in. I phoned at 10: 30am Saturday to confirm my appointment was still good and I was told it was. At 11: 45am Shaun phoned me to confirm I was coming in as he would have the manager ready to see us. I said yes. We arrived just before 12pm and Shaun told us that the manager was not there! He proceeded to do a valuation and asked basic questions that he would of known if he looked up our information prior. We asked why he would ring us to make sure we were there for the manager and then tell us the manager was not there - he replied and said the manager is there but serving another customer! The lies were enough for us. Why bother making an appointment. Very bad service and attitude.

Pleasant experience. Staff were helpful. Car was serviced and delivered back to me in better condition than when I left it. Very punctual and communication is excellent. Coming back.

Normally go to the Sydney City Volkswagen but was hard to get a booking during the time I needed to get a service so thought I’d give this place a go. They do not offer a free shuttle to go to the city & no area to sit, relax & have a coffee.
Noticed that there was new marks/scratches on my bumper (looks like they hit something or a wall with it) & when I tried to ask why, I was dismissed & spoken to in a sarcastic tone by a young man working there. They said they will call me back to resolve as it was close to the closing time however I never got a follow up call. They also make you prepay a % for any parts if they need to repair anything & did not give me my receipts. Overall I feel like my car is now running rougher than when I came to get it serviced. I really wished I checked the reviews prior to getting my car serviced here. Save yourself the headache & go somewhere where they take care of your car not damage it further!

SUCH GREAT SERVICE!
I was looking to purchase a new VW and new exactly what I wanted and after some very poor service at both the Sutherland and Botany dealerships I gave Rockdale a call.
Wallace and his team were so very helpful and went to great lengths to secure the vehicle I was after. The service and professional attitude didn't stop after I made my purchase. The service department are also very helpful and went out of their way to make sure my vehicle is running smoothly and that I received the best service possible.
Highly recommend this dealership!

I had 2 lights on so I took my car to Rockdale VW as I believed initially possible best service i could get. I paid more than I could have paid any service - it is okay
I also asked for full diagnosis to see if anything wrong. I also paid nearly service price for this. I did not negotiate or anything, whatever they were pricing i was okay. I said just do it.
At the end, they gave me recommendations for changing some parts.from headlights to interior.
After I received my car, I had a problem that I did not have before (definitely i did not have this issue because it is also not in the full diagnose report) then when i called they said maybe something with programming and asked me to take my car again (had to take another half day off from work). After that they said they got nothing to do with them, it is coincidentally got broken while my car is there! How you can even respond like that! I also had to take another half day off to pick my car. My advice, take your VW to somewhere else.

Been here a few times with my VW a few times and can't seem to fix the car properly the 1st time, keep on coming back multiple times, which creates a big waste of time for me and hear nothing but excuses from the service manager.
