During the time when I was looking to buy a house, I dealt with most of the real estates within the Maitland region for one reason or another over about a 3 month period. Whilst I never ended up going with River, it was because they didn't have a property that suited me, no other reason.

I always found the people that worked there to be professional, happy to show me around places, always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of Real Estates out there that forget good old fashioned customer service is important. The team were punctual in meetings, accommodating when there were inspection time constraints and Chris in particular knows the score, he's a professional person, happy to provide a chat and bit of general information about items I was concerned about.

I will certainly be looking these guys up for my next purchase, thank you River Realty for highlighting that not all real estate agents are egotistical with narcissistic tendencies!

We purchased our first home through River and had the most amazing experience, incredible communication and professionalism was shown at all times. I couldn’t recommend River enough.

A one star rating is being generous! Without a doubt the absolute worst real estate to deal with. Rude staff and very underhanded in the way they conduct their business.

Speaking from my personal experience this business is absolutely useless when it comes managing rentals, nothing but headaches.
