Peter and I were met at the property we were inspecting by Toni. We were both very impressed by her openness and honesty and she was well presented, informative and had a very friendly manner.
As the property was not in a very good state, Toni took the time to ring us prior to our arrival and let us know the condition of the house we would be walking into.
Toni has also honoured her word and let us know about another house that she had on her books. We would be happy to deal with Toni again.

Worst real estate agents I have ever seen in my life. One time I have applied for house for rent and called in the office to request them if they can consider my application as I was in hurry to move house as my and my husband's job was transferred but one of the senior property manager talked so rudely with me as talking with begger. Even beggers are human being and shouldn't be treated that badly. At the end of the conversation I leterally cried.worst people I have ever seen.
