Kayla is friendly, polite and upfront, and never pushy. Although she is a selling agent, we've never been let down and looked down by her during the negotiation of final sale price. She is also helpful throughout the sale processes. Compared to other agents we have dealt with so far, Kayla is the outstanding agent both buyers and sellers would want to deal with.
