Had a REALLY strange experience with this real estate. I applied for a property and called because it was taking more than a week to get back to me and the property manager was like yes you’ll be accepted because you made it through to the owner which is total opposite of what receptionist said and he said just wait. Then I called after a few days and he said if i call the property owner he will accept you right now (this baffled me) and he said he will call him then I get a call back saying he cant get hold of the owner and to wait… then after a few days I get a text saying my application is unsuccessful. The weird thing besides the conversations was that the property manager couldnt just say the owner hasnt decided yet. It’s the simple and honest thing to say but instead the property manager was acting so strange. I feel like the real estate has had bad experiences with people so they do this or the property manager is just strange but it just came across as the strangest interaction i've had in a long time. Imaging dealing with this real estate long term, I dodged a bullet not being accepted for the property.

Roy is a guy with passion for his job. He goes over & above to help you sell for the price you want. I would recommend him & his team to anyone who wants to sell their home.

My Mum and I rented a property in Jordan springs for 18 months. When we moved in there were minor damages to windows, tiles, walls etc.when we moved out, we had the property professionally cleaned with an end of lease clean, but the property manager and landlord still believed the property needed spot cleaning and the lawn to be weeded. They didn’t conduct the final inspection till a week after handing back the keys. They didn’t even advise us that they had conducted the final inspection, and wasn’t till we followed up 2 weeks after we’d handed the keys back that we received there report. They tried to charge us for things that were damaged prior to us moving in, all of which were photographed in their original ingoing report. The landlord even wanted us to vacuum the garage. We have finally gotten our bond back, it has been 7 weeks and the realestate refused to respond to any correspondence. I would not recommend this real estate to anyone

Great Experience Selling With Roy! Roy was right on the money! He was very punctual during the whole process. The communication regarding the sale from start to finish has been extremely helpful.
This is was first sale of a property for myself and very nervous and having no knowledge of what to do, Roy explained everything to me at ease and took control of everything required.

I never like to post a negative review but i had no other option now and will take this review down if my problem is taken into account…. Its been just too much to handle now… we applied for the property 7/161-163 Beames Avenue, Mount Druitt for four times now… But before that I would like to mention that except the girl named Amanda (she was always supportive) everybody else is like they just dont care if somebody is facing a serious trouble because of their carelessness…. So first time we applied through real estate app one day prior the inspection on 17th august… my husband had the inspection and then i called after inspection and the lady said that our application is not showing up… so i applied again via email sending all the necessary documentation and we were told that we will be informed within 2-3working days about the result… however its been 12days now…. Then I got email that our application is withdrawn so i called up again to know the reason and the girl said she doesnt know why it happened and she again applied for us… next day again our application was withdrawn which was really frustrating and the girl who attended my call then said that you have not inspected the property thats why it happened which was just unacceptable and she disconnected without even listening to me… today i called again and the lady over the phone had such a rude tone and after confirming she said that application will be processed now… i asked for the property’s manager contact number she denied arrogantly and disconnected…. I am so sorry to say but Things going on with the admin staff are not at all professional nor responsible… its my humble request to the person in charge to kindly take a look into it please…
we are really looking forward to this house desperately… even for future when we have to buy a house one can only consider someone who is responsible and professional with things… i hope something will be done about it as soon as possible

Had to wait more than 10days to get an answer for a rental property and always saying waiting for the Landlord for approval. Many call and email but no call back till walked in to get an update, they said busy to see someone face to face but the minute I walked out they cancelled my application. Not professional at all and waste of time.

They are meant to be a mangering agent for landlord's but they tell u the landlord picks the tenant. What a load of rubbish. They don't give people a chance to prove themselves
