We used Joss to do the advertising to get us a new tenant for our apartment in Surry Hills. Joss was great. He was very proactive in getting prospective tenants into the property and he always kept me up to date. Just having someone that replied to my texts quickly was a big bonus! Felt like he really went the extra mile. And we got a good tenant quickly.

Alicia Briggs at Richardson and Wrench Potts Point is one of the friendliest and most efficient property managers I have had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and she deals with all problems rapidly.

I have been renting through R&W for over a year now and I have had Alicia as my property manager. She has been so incredibly helpful during all of my interactions with her. She always gets back to me promptly and actions any maintenance requests quickly. She is very professional and has made renting with R&W my best renting experience.

I have rented out my Potts Point apartment through R&W for 18 years. All the staff were efficient, professional and friendly and dealt with any problems promptly. Their accountant Joanne and their current rental manager, Collette, went above and beyond normal service, they were an absolute pleasure. I had to sell the apartment recently and was lucky enough to have director Greg McKinley sell it for me. He was totally on the job and was knowledgeable, supportive, always kept me well informed and got me a good buyer in a downturning market. Great job guys.

My property was managed by R&W for nearly 20 years, so it natural to ask them to sell it. I highly recommend R&W for all Real Estate matters. Great team and very customer service orientated.

We recently secured a tenancy through Richardson & Wrench Elizabeth Bay Potts Point who were an absolute delight to deal with. Moving and finding a new place to live is a particularly stressful time but they made the process easy. Alena Sachr, our Agent was super responsive, friendly and bent over backwards to help expedite the assessment of our application and the approval of our tenancy. If you are looking to lease out or rent a property I would highly recommend Alena Sachr and Richardson & Wrench Elizabeth Bay Potts Point

I have dealt with many letting agents over the years both as a tenant and through my work as a strata manager. I have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, integrity, transparency, helpfulness and friendly, personal service of my new letting agent Stewart Cahn and the R&W Elizabeth Bay Leasing Manager Tom Flitcroft. They both really went above and beyond, with Tom approving my application and organising a number of improvements at the flat in a matter of days. It was spotless when I moved in. The agency also seems to have a great relationship with the landlord. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and Stewart to any landlord or tenant.

Compared to my previous experiences renting property in Sydney, this company was an abysmal disappointment. They are penny pinchers and will try and steal as much money from you as they can. I moved into a excessively dirty apartment I had to clean myself, after moving out early by 1 month, I had to pay their unreasonable 1 month break fee, then they had the gall to charge me $90 for an already broken light fixture that they didn't fix when i moved in, and $155 to clean an already clean apartment! I spent 8 hours cleaning that place before I left. Thankfully my bank is in the process of reversing their direct debts. Advice for future tenants: Remove break fees, and do not use direct debt as your payment method - these scum bags will try to scalp you for all they can. For property owners: They do not perform property inspections and maintain a very hands-off approach to managing your property. I would thoroughly recommend John O'Connor instead of these charlatans.
