Best service ever. I have a number of properties and R&W Elizabeth Bay Office looks after two of them. Alicia from the office is most helpful and very responsive. Of all the agents, this office and Alicia in particular is the best.

Cannot speak more highly of Jasmin. We have had our investment property managed by R&W- Elizabeth Bay for 10 years and Jasmin has looked after our property for last 2 years. She is not only responsive but works hard to ensure that our tenants are looked after and our property is also well looked after. Our neighbour recently sold their investment property due to ongoing issues with renting the property out. He said that had he known there were agents like Jasmin they would have moved the property to her to manage instead of selling. Totally agree - we feel completely at ease with Jasmin and the R&W team.

R&W Office - Called the office three times to speak to someone else and both times was transferred through to an agents voicemail in the office and never received any call-backs in a matter of two weeks.

Unprofessional, terrible and unresponsive service - do not recommend this agency.

What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with the team at R&W. I am an elderly woman and was having trouble with my online application. I popped into the office for some help. Very unprofessional team.

We booked an inspection that was confirmed via text message and email.

The day comes, and nobody is there. We called the property manager and he doesn't pick up. We called the agency and they said there is no booking to inspect that apartment on that day.

We called the property manager, Shayne Scotte, again. After he finally picked up and could hear what we were saying (apparently the line was playing up), he said that the inspection had been cancelled and that we should have got a notification.

Nothing, no email, no text or phone call.

We are a busy couple that had to move work commitments around to come to this inspection and it is very frustrating when things are managed this way.

You just lost a potential new client.

Rwebay returned my bond to the wrong tenant and were no help getting it back. Hopeless, unprofessional and disrespectful. Never replied to emails. They charged me for a broken light that was broken when I moved in & for a clean of an already clean tidy apartment. Absolute penny pinchers and will try and steal as much money from you as they can. I would thoroughly recommend anywhere else.
