I met Angelo Bouras around 15 years ago when I rented my first apartment from him. In recent years, my husband and I have been searching for a property to buy, and during inspections, we would occasionally encounter Angelo. He was always friendly and willing to help, regardless of whether he was the seller or not. Initially, I considered his friendliness as just that, without thinking much of it. However, when we came across an apartment listed with a competitor, he once again offered his assistance. He guided us through the process, introduced us to a solicitor, and provided valuable advice without expecting anything in return. I am immensely grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone.

I can only agree with previous authors about CLAUDIA POPE. Be careful as your application might suddenly "disappear" (though you get an received email from the tApp) an hour after you get a positive email response from her regarding the applied apartment, only because she wants to sign a friend. She will say that she tried to contact/call you, even though you haven't received any calls that day. If you try to contact her, and you are really lucky if she picks up the phone after several attempts, she will say that she doesn't know about anything. Instead, she ignores your questions and rather asks if she can help you finding another apartment? !
Very rude in email & phone, unprofessional and not corresponsive.

Would not recommend renting through this agency. Missing and incorrect information provided at time of signing lease which resulted in an extremely expensive cost to me. At no time has this agency been helpful or polite, particularly through most of my dealings with Astrid.

I've only great things to say about Angelo but not the case for the property management team and the director Andrew Hoggett.

Was very disappointed with how R&W managed my concerns following the exit of a tenant, who left my apartment in an uninhabitable state. There was mould throughout the apt, kitchen cabinets and built-in wardrobe damaged by water leakage. R&W did not conduct an inspection during the 12-month tenancy (not even requesting photos from the tenant) when it was required at least once every 6 months and failed to pick up that water was leaking from the ceiling in the exit report (a plumber reported that it was probably leaking for weeks if not months). There was a full week delay in advising me of the apt issues and they provided poor advice in relation to next steps which could've resulted in further loss. They took no responsibility whatsoever for the issues despite not meeting their obligations under the contract re an inspection. After raising my concerns and having it escalated to the director, and getting nowhere, I lodged a contract dispute with NCAT. It was only then that R&W offered a mere refund for management fees which I paid over the year as settlement, which is nothing compared to the costs to repair the damage and also the time and costs associated with the NCAT application. I've been dealing with insurers, strata, and builders, for over a month now and I've no idea when my apartment will be ready for leasing. It's been extremely stressful. Save yourself the money and headache and go elsewhere.

These folks made selling an absolute breeze. The sale was necessitated by my aged parent requiring residence in aged care. The team was thoughtful and mindful of the situation. As I live over 400K from Sydney, they handled everything that came up during the selling period and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

After having been very dissatisfied with another agent, i decided to try R & W, Potts Point. I have to say that Anastasia and Alicia Z were fantastic in their friendly but professional approach to finding a good tenant for my property.

Anastasia is an excellent receptionist, who listened attentively, and referred me to Alicia Z, who was proactive in finding a tenant promptly.

I am very happy to recommend these ladies to anyone needing good service.

As a tenant, I want to thanks Jasmin Markham. Although we had some issues with the apartment, she did everything possible to mitigate the inconvenience and try to get the best result for both the owner and the tenant. Really professional and helpful.
