Would never rent through this mob again. Poor customer service, poor response time and zero interest in progressing repairs (took 8 months to have a leaking skylight repaired).

Take a leaf out of BresicWhitney Darlinghurst and nail all aspects of your business with the customer at the centre.

I called RichardsElliot on the recommendation of a friend who lives in a property that they manage, and the great experience they have as tenants. I was looking to rent out my Surry Hills house and wanted an Agent that would look after the property but also find and look after the right tenants. I spoke to Michael and within hours (which suited me perfectly as I was in a real hurry) he'd sent me through details and he came to review the property.

Once I'd agreed the contract, the property was up on REA/Domain on a Friday evening, and inspections took place on Saturday morning. He has been extremely open, professional and has given me great advice all the way along. The communication is excellent - and he always does what he says he would do.
