In summary:

Michael was very professional, was able to clearly take me through what Richards Elliot offers so there was minimum ambiguity.

After my first phone call with Michael, I received a very clear proposal from Richards Elliot so I knew exactly what to expect and could be prepared for our first meeting.

Michael took a realistic approach to the work needed in the apartment and the rent I could expect. Other agents I spoke to had unrealistic expectations from both myself and prospective tenants, so appreciated the pragmatic approach from Michael.

Myles was very responsive in emails and all queries were actioned within 24 hours.

Ben was also very responsive on emails and had good suggestions for presenting the property for viewing. He made a genuine effort to help the property look its best.

Unlike other real estate agents, I did not feel pressured to make a decision at any point in time and was not constantly followed up.

The brochures provided by Richards Elliot were the most simple and easy to understand out of all the real estate agencies I received documentation from. They were easy to understand, straight to the point with what they offer and had limited ‘waffle’.
