The people that work here? I dont know how in the world they became real estate agents, their frauds and will definitely feed their own little pockets, they lie and love to belittle their own tenants, they will be getting investigated for there criminal acts

If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Very professional group of people and they set a very high standard of service. I rented my property through them and they kept me updated through the whole process, I didn't have to call to follow up on anything. They have been an absolute delight to deal with and would recommend them to many of my friends. 10 star service!

Reading through the reviews, some bad comments about RichardMatthews real estate are unfounded and unjust. Obviously some people don’t know Matthew and Richard at all. Some of the most genuine and honest hard working gentlemen you will ever meet. Together with their hard working and friendly team consisting of Ken, Jackson and Patrick to name a few, they treat you like your part of their family and guide you through the sales of your home from A to Z stress free. I truly miss their valuable comfort and openness when it comes to selling your property. We all have become good friends now and no doubt I will call on them for their expertise in the future should the occasion arises. No professional accountability. They lost 4 new application forms 3 times, kept flaking on a lease signature date and refuse to take my friend off the lease despite having received docs and confirmed in writing. They'll just delete your bad reviews if you try to give feedback.
