Ken is the Best! I used another agent to sell my house last year but failed to sell it. Sellers who have had the same experience know that choosing an unreliable agent is an absolute nightmare, which consumes time, money and trouble, and seriously affects your mental health.
During this period, I contacted nearly 20 agents, and choosing Ken was the most correct decision I made in the past few years. Ken showed me a nearly perfect real estate sales process (textbook style). There were many challenges during this period, such as tenants not wanting to move out, etc. Ken dealt with them calmly and successfully every time. Moreover, he told me that he planned to sell it within 3 to 4 weeks of listing, but the result was that the sale was completed in the third week! On the surface, he looks calm and relaxed, but I can feel the special care and hard work behind his back. He knew the market pricing, when to sell, how to stage the property and had selected clients so we did not have hordes tracking through the property at the first instance.
