Had a very pleasant experience during our 12 months tenancy via Carlos Di Martino and Carlos Young. They were very supportive and caring. Right from giving us the keys, handling issues during stay and releasing the rental bond, everything was thoroughly handled with extreme professionalism and dedication by Richard Mathews. Highly recommend tenant to occupy property with confidence if it is via Richard Mathews.

Can't comment on the agency as a whole - there might be some good employees. But the agent I dealt with was lazy and unprofessional. This agent wanted to close a sale rather than actually secure the highest bidder, they didn't provide an equitable opportunity for all offers. If you're a vendor, do your research and find an agent who's got some morals - maybe an agent like that exists within this agency, who knows.

Working with Mai Le and her company was a great experience, Mai Le walk us through the entire process which made it easy because we never sold a house before. It was quick, efficent and very professional, i was very satisfied. I would totally work with her again in the future!

I had a 1.30 appointment to look at a unit. After waiting for 5min. I went up to knock on the door but no one was there. I waited for 25min in front of the property. The agent didn't turned up didn't even call. So unprofessional. Such a time waster. I won't even deal with this agent again. POOR SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TIME WASTER

We would love to recommend Mai Le to everyone who is thinking of purchasing or selling their homes. She provides an excellent service, she was available 24/7, she has excellent knowledge and experience, she made the process look easy and that is extremely important, especially during these difficult times.
She sold our property in no time during the lockdown (we could not believe it) and was very understanding, efficient and professional. Her friendly and positive approach was exceptional.

Renting through Vera Nicholl and Carlos Di Martino has been a delight to say the least. They have been nothing but supportive, caring and hard working through the 2 and a half years of our tenancy.

Great service we are with them for 7 years and they are great in service

Didn't refund hundreds of dollars in overpaid rent for over three weeks after bringing it to their attention. Didn't release my bond despite the landlord instructing them to do so. Eventually did so only after multiple emails and a very small water bill was subtracted from the money they owed me in overpaid rent.

Disingenuous with final inspections, claimed the property was "very dusty" despite having spent three days personally cleaning it. I had neighbours also inspect the property and they agreed it was properly cleaned. Went back and fixed a few small areas of concern but still didn't receive bond for weeks, despite the landlord instructing them to release it.

Ruined an otherwise pleasant lease period by their rude and unprofessional attitude when trying to fix these problems. Our landlord was wonderful and appreciated the way we cared for the property like it was our own. I am so glad they could vouch for us and put the agent in check.

Our relationship with Richard Matthews was great up until we moved out and we were treated like an enemy. I'm just so glad I don't have to deal with them ever again.

Vivek really took care of me and my sale
Vivek impressed me right from the beginning. He responded promptly and fairly to all my emails in fact he was the only agent who responded when I wrote to three agents who I thought I might be able to deal with. He gave me an accurate assessment of the current market and at my request, he pulled his marketing department into line when they went overboard with their hyperbole. He gave me considered advice throughout the campaign and at the end he gave me the options available and clarified exactly what each option entailed, which was exactly what he had done with all our dealings. I am already considering him for future dealings and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team. Thanks so much Vivek!
