Good store with a good range of stock (compared with other Rebel stores)

Lot of staff lined up at the checkout / cash registers but not many available on the floor to assist with inquires.

In all, a good choice for your sporting goods, clothing and shoes.

Service and staff were helpful and friendly! However, there were lots of children running wild around the store.

Really great to see the variety of sports gear (jerseys especially) and the custom jersey names was great to see, something you don't see at other rebels. Also customer service was great as well.

The worst place never go there for students. They kicked us out because we play the basketball machine that was set up for us to play. Then they switched it off and said get out. They’re idiots

Went in to buy school runners for my kids but no one assisted - so brought 4 pairs and spent my $500 at the athletes foot instead! Useless customer service.

Expectational customer service from Tom, way above his job requirements to make the customer happy! Amazing.

The staff need to be a little more helpful and enthusiastic about their jobs. Not once have I walked in there and seen the staff happy

Was approached by staff member who asked if I was after anything. I said no but my daughter is looking for swimwear. He said OK and walked off. #failOne

Asked about swimwear range at from counter told they were now only going to supply for kids. Adults will not be catered for.

Not a good experience

Wide variety of sporting goods but very over priced and staff are grumpy teens that never smile and don’t help you at all.

Excellent customer service.
Sales representatives
are more consultative rather than just wanting to make an easy sell.
Cheap price but is fairly small range.

Store used to be good until they turned the store upside down and moved everything around.

Nothing makes sense, item locations aren’t ideal, things are hard to find and a heap of wasted floor space.

You instantly know if a shop assistant likes their job and is willing to go the extra mile for you. Amanda's warm and friendly personality shone through. She tended to all our needs patiently and professionally. Needless to say, my husband aka "customer from hell" walked away very happy with a new pair of Asics. We were so impressed with Amanda's customer service that we went back in today to buy a pair of Nikes. We searched for Amanda as she was the reason we returned. Kate at reception was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to buy shoes and active wear.

Probably my favourite Rebel Sport shop. Store is clean and staff are very friendly. One staff in particular - Johnnie Vidovic is like a rebel sport champion! He knows the products they sell very well and helped me make an informed decision on what to buy. Love it when sales are more consultative rather than just wanted to make an easy sell. Johnnie helped me picked a birthday gift for my 8 year old daughter and the Garmin Vivo Jr was the perfect gift. My daughter can't stop talking about it and now my son wants one. Thanks Johnnie Vidovic, your helpfulness and honest approach to selling is second to none.
