The airconditioning doesn't work. Go to another store. It is too HOT. Not sure why management has not fixed it. I feel sorry for the staff working in a sauna all day. Surely an occupational health issue.

Visited the swimming wear section on weekend, however the sizes were well out of stock, not in one brand, but all brands there, and it’s still in summer.
The store it a big one, and staffs are nice.

It is big but service is bad. If you want something from here. Don’t expect people to offer to help you find it.

Came in to pick up a Garmin watch after ordering it online. At 5: 30 on a Saturday evening, a young Caucasian employee at the counter was not at all interested in helping me. Though the manager on duty did sort me out, thank you, otherwise this would have been a return!

There is a lot of stuff for sale including a cooked rabbit basketball. A live dog cooking show a there for great entertainment but it is closed ater 8: 00 pm which is sad. (i guess they ran out of dogs and rabbits to cook & eat.

Rebel store at Macquarie center is on Level 4. Its a massive store. I was looking for a specific shoe and the staff here helped a lot with recommendations and also advised me what are the best options for me. Definitely a 5 star for that.

Refused to return high end running shoes due to the size being too small for my feet. Wore once for short trial run before return attempt and am stuck with these shoes.
Poor customer service

Very helpful was kind enough to not only answer my phone calls but also put my jersey on hold. Much appreciated thank you for the great customer service this morning

Horrible range of sizes. I'm a 14 and can't find anything that fits nicely. My partner wants to lose weight, and he's like a 42 waist, but he couldn't find anything that fit. I like their range of weights or such, but the clothes leave you wanting more. Hard to work out and lose the weight if businesses won't cater to any sizes that will benefit from it.

The girl that helped me find tracksuit pants from out the back was really helpful. Taking 3 stars off because the queue to pay at the checkout was really long and there were only 2 checkouts working. Was waiting in the queue for 15 minutes.

Got a price match.but no friendly sales of the past who would provide good feedback on choices and explain options.

There was a group of annoying teens who i witnessed treating the sales girl poorly - practically throwing the stuff at her, interrupting her mid sentence etc. I was served after them and still the girl treated me with so much kindness and 10/10 customer service. Handling those sorts of customers and still having the ability to treat the next customer with such kindness and respect is amazing.
This happened around 1pm today:)

Its fine, your average Rebel. Staff are nice and outgoing. Nothing special but nothing too bad either. Pleasant experience every time. I'd give a 4.5 if possible.

The people on the floor are rude, shocking and they profile people. I have been there 5 times different times never felt good, never felt assisted only felt targeted. Really if Rebel want to have good business on Macquarie shopping center. You got to look into your staffs on the floor. They are just passing time and brains really filled with junk.

Always understaffed and end up walking out. Not the first time. Always leave angry and disappointed! Please hire more staff and put them in the sneaker area!

Great service. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can find a variety of sports facilities and equipment. Don't forget to have a look at the swimming section. #Speedo

Been a member for almost 12 years now and even though this store has some weird features with shoe boxes always missing one shoe when u are trying to buy a pair. The staff are friendly proactive and very welcoming. Thank you
