My son’s soccer boots that I bought from Rebel in Macquarie were faulty (stud was falling off after only 7 months). The store was very helpful on the phone and in person (when I took the boots in). Swapped it for the same new pair without a fuss. Very professional and helpful staff.

The shop assistant was very helpful. We had trouble finding the right pair of soccer boots size and he was able to make helpful suggestion. The store offers a good range of sportswear and sports goods.

I travelled from Top Ryde to Macquarie to replace a pair of damaged shoes still under warranty. The service at top Ryde was great, they had Macquarie put the shoes i chose aside immediately, they were behind the counter when I got there and they immediately price matched, replacing my shoes. Can't thank them enough, the issue was Reebok, not rebel! Massive thanks, will shop there again.

Would like to give a mention to Thomas W who had fantastic customer service. Thomas was outstanding. My father had previously suffered from plantar fasciitis, he walked us through the range of shoes, pointing out the bits on each and how it would help with his condition. I appreciate his patience and how he took his time to assess the fitting while keeping us engaged. It was busy but we didn't feel like we were rushed out. Thanks and well done rebel macquarie!

I visited two weeks ago on Sunday looking for tennis court shoes. Connor gave a 5 star customer service experience! He was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful on finding the right shoes. He spent a lot of time in the back finding different styles across both mens and womens sizing. Thanks Connor!

Great staff, not a lot of variety if you're looking for specialised sports stuff like TT or badminton. Plus the prices are higher than what you can get elsewhere

Been to the store twice once for darts, once for pool cue. Neither time anything in stock and nil offer to get in stock. Poor customer service

I made an online purchase and they didn't send the kettlebell i order, the one i received is completely different and they haven't responded to any of my emails asking for a refund, also the kettlebell that they sent is a terrible shape that hurts when you catch it and forces you to use poor form.ive been trying to get my money back on it for 2 weeks now, initially they weren't responding to emails and now they're ignoring Facebook messages.

Been purchasing from this store since uni when the store was still located near the entrance of waterloo road. As a loyal customer for more than a decade, first time ever been served by an extremely rude staff (forgot to ask his name which I should’ve asked, a guy who is around 185cm height), probably shouldn’t use the term ”served”. Came at me without greeting when I was trying boxing/kickboxing gloves, asked me questions like why are you trying gloves in different weights? What do you use it for? Where do you train? Do you compete? Etc.in a sceptical attitude, with straight face and a unfriendly tone. The intimidating attitude hardly makes me feel that he was genuinely trying to help out or with other reasons in his mind. Regardless I’ve been training for years, I know what I was looking for, are you telling me you won’t let beginners or ppl who don’t compete in combat sports to try on the gloves before they buying them? I don’t mind if you ask me any questions with the right attitude. Lol After I answered all his sceptical questions politely, from the feedback he gave me to my answers, easily can tell he doesn’t have enough knowledge of what he think he knew about, even tho he claims that he trains in a boxing gym. Then He took away the two pair of gloves from me and check these gloves inside out, I felt like that I wasn’t a customer but a suspect been questioning and interrogating by a ignorant personnel. I had enough of this untrained male staff. The whole shopping experience was ruined by this guy. Just want to advice everyone that be aware not every staff is been trained for customer service probably with the right attitude, at least this guy is not. Store managers and supervisors please put an eye on the your staffs behaviour towards customers.

Thanks Dennis for the superb customer service. Very polite, attentive and interested. Lots of people are generally not interested in their job so this was refreshing to see. A business is only as good as the people they hire and for this particular store, Rebel has done well.

Rebel Macquarie has slightly less variety of products that Rebel Chatswood, but more than Rebel Hornsby. It is near the entrance to Westfield, maybe a 3 - 4 minute walk. They can do custom jerseys for you. The sizing and style options are often limited here.

The team were so awesome. Dennis helped my 13 year old son purchase shoes for the first time alone; and did a great job. When my son left the shop with one boot; Dennis offered to drop the boot to my doorstep. Truly above and beyond. Great team!

He served several customers including wiggly children with a smile and finesse. He was knowledgeable and prompt with strong time management skills evidences in him bringing me shoes to try in several colours without prompting. He is an asset to this store.
